So, the first red flag was that I walked in with my daughter and I was not greeted by any of the staff that was at the front desk. Second red flag was that it took an entire 15 mins before anyone acknowledged us waiting. Second red flag was that it took an entire 15 mins before anyone acknowledged us waiting. Third red flag was once my daughter was in the chair she waited another 20mins to be serviced. They were extremely under staffed! That wouldn’t have mattered if they were more informative on the wait time. No one want to be waiting for long periods of time without being informed and by golly, be courteous and polite. Unprofessional!!! Spend your money elsewhere more ... less ...

Chrystal is a top notch nail technician!!! She is very meticulous with her work. I received a hard gel nail service and pedicure. I absolutely LOVE my nails and pedicure. Was looking for a unique design for Xmas. Was given the option of a sticker on 2 nails. Asked for two nails to be repaired before leaving. The male did manicure. Sad to say that today will be the last day I come to get service at USA Nails. Ive literally been coming here for about 20 years (no exaggeration), since the old owners were here. Ive literally been coming here for about 20 years (no exaggeration), since the old owners were here. Im a creature of habit so its hard for me to switch up what Im used to. But after this last visit I cant do them anymore. The last few times Ive come, Ive tried to come at none peak times and days. Today I literally waited for over 30 minutes, and then witnessed them take someone else who came in after me. When I said something about it, they kind of brushed it off. They finally sent someone over to start on my daughters pedicure, leaving me to still have to wait. So Ive literally been sitting here for about 45 minutes at this point and no one has even started my pedicure. Im writing this review as i still sit here and wait. Because Ive come here so often I have steadily seen a decrease in how they handle customers and doing things differently. Ill be looking for a new location. more ... less ...
