I love crystal nails Im never disappointed . Everytime Ive went so far my experience has been great. I love everything about the place. DO NOT GO HERE. I took my wife here for Valentine’s Day and we are both very displeased. Her nails have so many gaps in them and I have never had such a terrible pedicure in my life. My feet are pretty rough which i DO NOT GO HERE. I took my wife here for Valentine’s Day and we are both very displeased. They did not address the roughness and they also tried to rip the last bit of my toenail off that he thought he had cut. Now my toe is extremely sore and looks infected. Ive used them for many years. I love thier nails and designs prices are really good too. It is a bit cluttered and not very clean gets me a little uneasy though. I asked for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I’ve always used Em and one other lady .they are wonderful! They Put me with Brian for the manicure first. He filed my fingernails and then painted them with 2 coats of pol I asked for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I’ve always used Em and one other lady .they are wonderful! They Put me with Brian for the manicure first. He filed my fingernails and then painted them with 2 coats of polish. Normally they put 3 . He then filed the heck out of my nails again till no length was left. He then told me to go wash my hands. He never push my cuticles back trimmed my cuticles didn’t put lotion on my hands or anything. They told me I could come back tomorrow and they would fix it when I called back to complain. They should refund my card. I will be going elsewhere. The nails are not even shining like they normally are if I get a gel polish. I’m at retirement age and don’t have money to waste. I left without getting the pedicure and I explained to the girl that checked me out what happened but he was sitting over there talking in his language which is not English. He should have apologized and offered to fix it then instead of the manager when I called back as I live 30 miles away! more ... less ...
