My friend and I went a couple days ago to get pedicures for the first time here. The service was whatever, they don’t really say anything to you so it’s not magnificent. The person who did my toes, i kept telling them that the water was too hot and they wouldn’t listen, finally they listened and then the water was too cold. They were very rough with my feet, especially when using the sugar scrub on my legs, it really irritated them with how much pressure they were rubbing them. Just a day later, I realized some pain on my toe but I ignored it. Now I have a full on ingrown toe nail due to how rough they were. I have to go get that removed now, and it’s upsetting bc it’s summer and i won’t be able to wear flip flops. This is a no from me, i’ll stick with my locals instead of trying places... more ... less ...

I started going to them when my nail lady left the last place I used for years. I am very happy I found Angel Nail. They are so sweet and clean and do a wonderful job. So happy I found them! Nice place to relax but I told them I needed red polish when in fact I got pink after I mentioned it three times. Then got home and saw that my nails were Lumpy from not being dipped evenly. The lady stabbed me under the nail and told me it was because the nail was too short when I came in. She didnt add anything to the water for my feet and asked if I wanted the pumice used. Ive been going to this nail salon for the better part of a year now and Ive had a couple issues. The one time I tried to book an appointment and was just told to come down and when I got there they were booked solid, I Ive been going to this nail salon for the better part of a year now and Ive had a couple issues. The one time I tried to book an appointment and was just told to come down and when I got there they were booked solid, I got frustrated and definitely had a bit of attitude. I called later and booked an appointment and apologized for my attitude, from then on I went every three weeks and never had a problem until one day I was charged for a fresh set but only had one nail extension put on and from there I kept having nails break. One time my real nail split all the way across and it was awful.They then proceeded to tell me that they thought I was just being difficult but then switched to the person who was doing them were doing them way too thin. My daughter also went every three weeks and once the guy who was doing her nails left they started being all over the place with their prices, so I said something to them and thats when they made up all these lies. They said I threw a pen at their face, that every time my daughter and I left there we made them feel bad and small. We literally always talked and laughed with who ever was doing our nails. It was just ridiculous of them to make these lies up. They were upset about us asking about the crazy prices they started charging . I would not recommend coming to this nail salon, there is no consistency yo their pricing and when they get challenged about there random price increases they make up lies. I asked them to send me the video of me throwing a pen in their face because I know that absolutely did not happen and they wouldnt. They also talked bad about Andy, who was the only real decent nail artist there. Its all about how much money they can get from you! more ... less ...

I did like, not love, my nails and the nail tech gave me what I asked for ( left them a bit thick though). However, he was rude and it was uncomfortable to ask questions or suggest how I wanted my nails. I understand if it’s a family emergency but he was looking up cars. Then I wanted to double check if he was going to shape my nails like I asked and he said “ I know I know” in a rude tone. I also know nail techs will suggest different designs but he kept being rude about the design I chose. He was very rough on my cuticle and skin. I used to come a lot with my mom when I was younger and it’s obviously going to change but not the treatment I expected:( more ... less ...

Absolutely love the atmosphere!! Love talking to the artists while having my nails done; they always crack up jokes with me and tell stories. Extremely creative people who can pull off any design with a photo reference. Absolutely love the atmosphere!! They are very talented; this is the only salon that doesn’t hurt my fingers/make them bleed and can help me decide what designs to do. I feel like I’m with friends as soon as I walk in.
