Hi there. I would like to give them 0 stars. But.\nDO NOT GO to this place . There horrible horrible customer service. Because I gave hard time her associate. Because I did not wanna walk out look like my 4 years old daughter did it. Nail polish for toenails not for toe skin. Overall she did good and I like her service, except paint my toenails. So now we can not tell what we like or dont like in a nailsalon. Wow! I use this location very often. I used to be extremely happy every time I would visit. Their prices are extremely high now and the work is not that great. When I go in I get a very simple full set of tips with sns powder I use this location very often. I used to be extremely happy every time I would visit. Their prices are extremely high now and the work is not that great. When I go in I get a very simple full set of tips with sns powder (no designs) and a classic pedicure with out gel polish because for some reason they think they can justify charging $15 more for gel polish. I paid 90 bucks for single color nails yesterday (that are not long) and a simple pedicure that was rushed because it seems like the nail tech was upset that I didnt want the gel polish... I used to pay 75 dollars before tip for the same services and even got multiple colors on my nails. I could understand the price tag if my nails were more intricate. This place is going to end up pricing themselves out of business. more ... less ...

I got an eyebrow wax today 6/29/22 and I asked for Lee and she did an amazing job. They have updated the inside drastically since the last time I was there a couple years ago. One of the men, I dont remember his name, worked on my toes and he was squeezing the sides hard on purpose because I was having a hard time paying attention to his instructions as well as the lady working on my hands at One of the men, I dont remember his name, worked on my toes and he was squeezing the sides hard on purpose because I was having a hard time paying attention to his instructions as well as the lady working on my hands at the same time. It was supposed to be relaxing but that was just too much to deal with. Especially for people that have sensory overload issues. The lady that put the stickers on my nails messed up. And instead of starting over she tried to hide the air holes by painting clear coat over them. They lasted two days before the stickers started to crack and fall off. more ... less ...

The quality of the products used was not good. My nail polish had bubbles and peeled off within 24 hours. To their credit they gave me a portion of my money back when I returned and showed them my nails
