Blaq Diamonz is thee only nail salon I go to since discovering her almost two years ago. I look forward to my nail appointments because the atmosphere is relaxing and the owner is amazing. I look forward to my nail appointments because the atmosphere is relaxing and the owner is amazing. She is very big on sanitizing and taking care of your nails. I get pedicures and acrylic with tips and sometimes overlay. She is also good at growing your nails and keeping them healthy. The shaping is always on point and she takes her time with polishing and art work. When I do get overlay I love how natural they look . My nails always last a long time and I work with my hands a lot but the nails last the length of time she suggests and even longer. more ... less ...

Ive been here a few times. The work is good but the facility is dirty. You can see the dust on the lights above, the salon chairs and drying station was really dirty. Came to visit ATL and I went to try and get my nails done at the nail lab. I walk in and ask their prices and the asian girl tells me $45 for a fill in with gel. Then I asked how much for a fill in with regular polish, she tells me $35!!! I said no mam. Thats when the light skinned girl with braids and glasses walks in and we ask her the prices....she takes it down $10 from what the asian girl tells me on the fill in w/gel and the fill in w/regular. And then as I was agreeing with her I said \"I dont mind paying my money but were going to be reasonable as well\", the light skinned girl catches an attitude with me out of the blue. So I explain that I dont mean any harm. Im just trying to understand how yall work over here. Then they came up with all these excuses as to why they wouldnt be able to do my nails. But the girl in there with the red locs was the only one that was nice. And she did tell me if I wanted to come back at 630, she would do my nails for me. I apologized for any confusion said thank you and walked out. Did I forget to mention this was after 4some in the afternoon and the place was empty. I wonder why. Went across the street to AN Nails and spa and got my fill in with gel done for $30. And they were packed. They were also nice. A customer in there told me about the nail lab and why she doesnt go here. She said she came in to get serviced and she left because a worker was talking to her in a nasty way. They take a long time. I initially had my nails done by them and went back to get 1 nail fixed a few days ago. There were only 2 workers working on 1 person and instead of 1 of them coming to help me almost 20 mins went They take a long time. There were only 2 workers working on 1 person and instead of 1 of them coming to help me almost 20 mins went by when I asked “Do you know how long it’s going to take?” They both looked at me, no one responded and they started speaking in their language. I left after feeling like they had poor customer & even though they are right around the corner from my house they won’t receive my business again. I went there for the first time because I was in the neighborhood. Needless to say I was flat angry and disappointed in both the service and the lack of professionalism. I have had multiple experiences but this place was I went there for the first time because I was in the neighborhood. Needless to say I was flat angry and disappointed in both the service and the lack of professionalism. I have had multiple experiences but this place was the worst. She literally half did my pedicure because she was trying to get more customers in. Meaning there were 3 other people in the shop which one left and came back granted there were only two technicians. She finished my feet and put some oil on my legs and pull my pant legs down and when I asked her why she said I didn’t want the it(lotions and massage) which was a lie. Bottom line up front she rushed me, my aunts and my cousin to get the other money. The best part is she tried to charge me full price. I have never in my experiences with a nail shop go through this kind unprofessional behavior and she is a liar pretty much told me I said I didn’t want it! Anyway I am warning you about this place because I am quite sure it’s not the first time she has cheated someone and over charged them. I reported her to the BBB places like this need to be shut down everyone is experiencing hardship due to the pandemic but it doesn’t give her the right to provide inadequate services or rip people off! more ... less ...
