I was telling him the problem my nails, the whole time he was being nasty and rude to me. He even told me after her started to leave. I was very tempted to, but since he had already started I stayed. After getting my nails done I waited for my pedicure. The pedicure guy was about fo take someone else. I told him o was waiting on my pedicure. He said he didn’t know. The man that did my nails told him not to take me. They were extremely rude and this was extremely bad, bad service. It took a lot for me to not blow up, I didn’t want to be the. “Angry black woman” so I just left and went somewhere else. I used to like one lady who no longer works here. I got 2 pedicure this past weekend, for my friend and myself. The lady who did my pedicure did not do a good job at all. When I asked her about it, she claimed she did and I didnt pay attention because I was talking to my friend. I know that was not true because my nails did not feel clean and I only said a total of 4-5 sentences to my friend the whole time. I had to clean under my nails when I got home. The owner was extremely commutative with answering all questions I had and also being proactive with addressing any questions that may come up in the future. She is very attentive to detail and you can tell she loves what she does. I only let her do my nails 💅🏽 and while all of the techs are skilled she is my favorite. Also, you will love the atmosphere just for a pedicure and the different ones they offer based on your need. They also offer water and wine as well. Usually when I get my nails done the technician is focused on me and communicating with me the whole time. I did not ask for much, no design, no sparkles, just one solid color. The more I requested for the shape to be coffin the more frustrated and aggressive she was getting with my nails cutting my skin several times leaving me to bleed out of her anger (which Im still sore from). When I told her I didnt like the service she yelled at me saying my nails were\" too hard to do and youve been here for two hours??\" Not realizing this is reflecting your work. This is your job, your profession you basically just confirmed you cant do your job. Very unprofessional, the manager needs to give this lady a corrective action plan. Hello , I usually come here because the people are nice and I come when it is not crazy . Today is 5/23/22 . I am just now walking out . I am just now walking out . Today he cut me with the cuticle clippers and it hurt and I started bleeding a little but could not see my toe until he moved his hand . It was not a crazy cut but skin still broke. And as I am leaning over to see it he says did you cut yourself ? I said no I did not you cut me I did not have that. Then he used a nail file on it . I grabbed a cotton ball by myself and sprayed it with alocohol and cleaned my cut then he apologized . Then put the mail file in the drawer . This is very unsanitary. Then he charged me $30 for a regular pedicure and I did the most basic pedicure and didn’t even pick off the menu . It was more expensive than last time . I get gel manicure and regular polish on my toes all the time and I know the price . I have a small tip because I still find it hard not to tip but I did not want to tip especially him trying to play me on pricing . I straight up asked him why is this the price and he said 5 different things and contradicted himself then I pointed that out then he said it was for the Callus treatment . Which is included in a basic pedicure so I just paid and I don’t like to argue .\nI know the price isn’t a big deal. Because he carved 5-7$ more than usually maybe he was worried I wouldn’t tip after my cut . I usually tip very well even when I get basic nails . I do not do designs or tips just my natural nails. So I only gave a $3 because I don’t feel right leaving anything .\n\nI will not be returning here after seeing how my cut was handled . She started talking in chinese or whatever...I said say what you say in english....so she then tells me she has someone else coming in...So I said so you dont want to do my nails for the price that is stated. She says she had another customer coming in...I just say okay and I left. One on every corner! She does not like \"Black\" people questioning her. Do not allow this to happen! When First coming in to the nail salon I wanted to try s&s. The hostess directed me to chair number 17. I don’t know the name of the lady that did my nails. I’m also not familiar with The process of s&s. To my understanding it’s just powder on top of your natural nail that can give length without damaging it. This lady honestly charged what she wanted to charge for my nails. Throughout the process she kept fluctuating what the final pay would be. She charged an additional $8 for stander cleaning / prep! Afterwards she encouraged and convinced me that acrylic would last longer than the s&s so it’ won’t chip as easy. I did not get no special design or length to the nail & was charged $53 for the length I have in the picture as follows!! When asking her why so much she explained because of the powder she used. This is the natural color of the powder which I believe is the S&S powder. Although the nails are nice it’s still too costly for no length, no polish and no design for $53 with regular acrylic nails! We came in today and had an AWFUL experience. We showed up and it looked moderately busy but we were told there was no wait so they put us in the pedicure chairs. The water in the tub was ice cold by the time anyone came to help us. Then I got my toes done and completed before they even started my daughter. Once I was done I had to wait for my daughter for an hour and a half. Overall we were at the establishment for 4 HOURS! What was supposed to be a relaxing fun mom and daughter time was actually just infuriating and frustrating. When I was waiting for my daughter I asked multiple times how much longer she would be and was told 15 minutes each time. We will never be back. My gel nails don’t even look good. The side of my thumb is rough and poking out and my index finger isn’t smoothed at all. Just overall, TERRIBLE. more ... less ...
