Have to say QT SIGNS HAVE SOME BEAUTIFUL SIGNS AS WELL DOES AWESOME BUSINESS CARDS AND DECALS AND OUTSIDE LIGHTING.

The lady that fixed my one broken nail complained because I was not a regular customer and charged me 20.00 for a polish application ( not color change ) I asked her why so expensive s I do not recommend this business!!! Ms. Ann did my nails for my prewedding photo shoot and it was such a great first experience getting acrylic done. Her design was also to my liking!\n\nMs. Kim helped me remove my nails afterward and it was also a good experience. I was not hurt or afraid of getting hurt because they both made me feel comfortable and confident in their skills.\n\nMy preview photos came out nicely with these little details. Best nail salon Ive been to in a while. Great quality. Picked a sorta difficult design and was shocked with amazing results. Got my ingrowns out fast but Effectively. I am definitely coming back!!!

When I first came here, it was not bad at all. The lady, Van helped me and in the very beginning she was so kind and I honestly really liked her. I had some issues with some of my nails looking different and some were just not shaped evenly. I came back the next day and told the lady named Van the issues I had with my nails, thinking she was going to be super nice and understanding like she was the first time. Then after I brought up the word \"refund\" it was like she wanted nothing to do with me. I was very kind the entire time and did not say or do anything rude then I politely asked if she could redo my nails. I hated the way they were done and honestly thought she would have been more understanding. She told me I was acting fussy or something and I told her that I spent a good amount of money on these nails and I just wanted them to be worth what I paid. I honestly felt super bad for even occupying her time when I could tell she seemed stress and busy. She proceeded to do my nails harshly and did them so quickly, they looked even worse than before. I did not want to intrude after that so I just left with my nails looking really bad and honestly I was very upset that day. I am NEVER going back there again. I truly wish them the best but this is just my experience and I honestly am just going to stick to doing my nails myself. Who ever gets there nails done here, I hope you like them and I hope you never had to go through what I did and I truly hope these people can understand where we as customers are coming from when we pay an abundant amount of money and just want what we paid for. However, Nail Protect has been by far the best salon I have been to in the area.\n\nEverytime I walk in I feel like Im at home.\nThey know me by name and treat me like family. I can talk to the ladies and/or show them pictures and they really get a good understanding of what I want. Also, I receive so many compliments on my nails, for precision and color (and let me tell you I am one picky woman) Cathy is my girl! But all of her ladies are AMAZING!\n\nThank you ladies! I ask for one specific and was quoted one - long story short I ended up paying $20 more after being nickle and dimed through the set.\n\nPedicure was lackluster. She had to repaint the gel twice because of sloppy (bubbles, polish on my toes, bulky) work.\n\nAll of that for the new full set of nails to lift 4 days after service! No thanks.
