Horrible experience. I waited over an hour for service 2 days ago. When I got home both big toes were filed uneven or cracking. When I went back today the owner was rude. I asked to polish just the big toe that was cracked she was load, rude and refused. I almost had to polish myself. It took the man exactly 1 minute to fix my big toe. I would NEVER. I mean NEVER visit this salon. She even told me I could do my own nails. She didnt need my business. This goes to show you how certain people truly feel About your business. I went in to get a basic medi and a basic pedi and was charged a fair price. But I have two teen daughters who got a basic pedi. They charged them adult prices because of their height. When I asked to talk to the young lady who worked with us I received attitude because I didnt agree with the price. The young lady was upset because after she gave me a basic pedi she wanted to charged me for a gel pedi that I did not want. I will not be returning to this facility. more ... less ...

The other day I stopped by and the doors were locked and a hand written sign was on the door. It stated you must call to make an appointment. I called and made one for today at 12 noon. When I arrived the door was open. I mentioned to Michelle and the young lady about my treatments and questioned them about my safety. At this point Im sure you already know where this review is headed. 1. Customers were just Walking in Freely.Why make an appointment? One guy came in and didnt even have on a Mask. 2. She stopped working on my nails to start on someone else. 3. The Customers started arguing about who was next. 4. My nails, well you decide how they look. 5. Last but, not Least she clipped my toe and it bleed the entire time she was polishing them. This was The Worst nail shop experience Ive ever had. 🙄🙄😡😡🙄🙄 more ... less ...

Prices were a little high to me but I dont normally get my nails done professionally so maybe their prices are consistent with the market rate. Customer service was great. I explained to her that the last time I came in to get my eyebrows done she made a mistake and took off a patch of hair in the wrong place. I even showed her where she made the error and you could clearly see that I hadnt gotten my eyebrows done anywhere else since my last visit. She kept denying what I was saying but I camly persisted that what I was saying was what happened. She took the mirror I was using to look at my eyebrows and placed in the drawer. When I asked to use the mirror to be able to see what was being done to my eyebrows and to make sure it would not be too thin; she refused and told me that I have to go elsewhere to get my eyebrows done.\n\nI said \"ok thank you\" and walked right out. This is not about my nail tech, but about the unprofessionalism in this establishment. I booked an appointment a week prior for 11am that was changed 30 minutes before by the BUSINESS. I booked an appointment a week prior for 11am that was changed 30 minutes before by the BUSINESS. They gave me a new time, 4pm, in which I called at that time to advised I would be 12 minutes late. Over the phone, I was advised it will be cancelled at 15 minutes after. I got there at 4:15pm and was told it was somebody else in the seat. WHAT GRACE PERIOD WAS I GIVEN!? You put someone in the chair as soon as I ADVISED that I was running behind. But I don’t cause any strife or grief when I get to my appointment on TIME and still have to wait 20-30 minutes because my tech is running behind! Came to spend good money on a pedicure, a nail fill-in with gel polishe AND to get eyebrows waxed and tinted but reduced all of that down to only getting a pedicure with regular polish. Why? Came to spend good money on a pedicure, a nail fill-in with gel polishe AND to get eyebrows waxed and tinted but reduced all of that down to only getting a pedicure with regular polish. Why? Because the lady that did the pedicure used the electric filer too close to the cuticle of my toe nail, knicked it and caused it to bleed. Yes it was very uncomfortable. The male nail tech (and Im assuming the manager) saw the uncomfortable look on my face and asked was there a problem. I told him that was in discomfort and my toe was bleeding and was still in discomfort after she applied alcohol to my bleeding toe. He basically told me that this comes with the territory of getting gel polish removed...NO ONE APOLOGIZED. I continued to let her do the pedicure..left and went somewhere else for the additional services I wanted to receive. I guess good customer service is only available for the \"regulars\". MY FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING DOWN IN THAT HOLE. NEXT! more ... less ...
