I informed him that I felt ingrowed toe nails...he rushed to do the pedicure and I have to remind him twice that I was still have the pain on the big toes...he didnt even use his spatula tool to examine the area...so after he completed the pedicure, I came home and removed the piece of nail myself. The receptionist didn’t have a real reason but that I walked out to my car while my daughter was being serviced. I go there at least every 3 weeks. I’m really surprised at how I was being ignored. There really was no conversation. Service was really surprising to me. Il never go back. If I could give no stars I would. Again, they didn’t tend to my cuticles, cut my nails, even when asked to do so, put on the acrylics which looked AWFUL. Then acrylic nails only lasted 3 days until all of them started lifting and falling off. 5 days later and all that’s left are my thumb nails (which I went somewhere else to get removed). I choose the most basic pedicure package as I was done with the entire experience. That was satisfactory the lady did a really good job. She showed me the color on one nail and I let her proceed. After my pedicure was done then I was taken to a table to start my nails. The color the brought out wasnt even remotely close to what I had on my toes. After I advised they were different, I was mansplained how gel and powder look different. After being very adamant the colors were completely different (bright orange versus skin toned) I asked to see the gel with the powder. Then the guy (who ran a very tight and efficient ship really good with traffic flow)finally admitted they were different colors and they were out of the color I chose. He basically said sorry and that was it. So because I was already there from 11- 130 I didnt even ask to change the toe color. I just went with what in my hands and left. I will not be back which is sad because they had several positives but they just wasnt worth my money or time. WAS NOT WORTH THE WAIT OR THE MONEY more ... less ...
