The lady was all around rough with my nails. She was rushing but making it seem like I wasnt holding my hands correctly and I feel like I was over charged. Always satisfied with the good job they do. Worth the wait sometimes. Come in the mid mornings. After 4 is a long wait.Spring and summer are their busiest seasons.

Now they need more practice because they did my toes way to thick &\nDidn’t even drill the acrylic on my nails or toes

Judy Nails is a horrible place to even try. Please go somewhere else where your money is appreciated. Poor quality, poor customer satisfaction. My first experience here wasnt too bad, but I waited over 40 minutes to get a full set. But i was happy with the set i received. They replaced the first, which broke within 30 minutes of me leaving the shop, but after breaking another the very next day its safe to say this is a bad set and i wont be returning here! My nails werent even buffed good, so you could see the lumps in the nail perfectly when polish was applied. Worst experience ever! more ... less ...

I got the $55.00 dollars pedicure with acrylic , the lady who owns the shop ended up charging me $75.00 dollars . I didn’t say to much because I made up my mind I’m never going again ! I have been a patron of this business for many, many years. It is a busy and popular place for a reason and some times you will have to wait. Also remember that a lot of regular customers have appointments so just becaus I have been a patron of this business for many, many years. Also remember that a lot of regular customers have appointments so just because someone is seen before you does not mean they are getting preferential treatment, it means that they have an appointment and you were a walk in. Not a good idea to try to walk in during busy season, especially on a Saturday. Considering I’ve probably been coming to them for more than a dozen years without any problems whatsoever with infections, I do not believe the negative reviews that say that they do not sanitize their equipment. Jenny does my eyebrows every time I come here and she is AWESOME! Every time I come they take me in and seat me right away and she does the job perfectly. All the salons in our area were closed today when we were looking for one except this and I thought it would be perfect being that it wasn’t busy. Upon entering we were met by a tech , she greeted us and ask what we wanted and I told her a spa deluxe pedicure for myself and a very short acrylic set for my 12 year old. When I asked for the prices she told me what I thought would be reasonable because I’ve paid way more myself just to get a pedicure than what she quoted me. As my daughter waited for the next tech, she started on my pedicure which is the worse experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been receiving pedicures for 20 years. She didn’t want to service and I would’ve appreciated her just telling me no than to pretend to do a job that and when I spoke up about the poor service I was receiving , she blatantly lied to me again and told me that she was cleaning my cuticles and drilling off my gel which was still visible, she pretends to cut my cuticles and use the nippers to cut my toe nail rather than go back over them with the drill, my toe nails were not filed or shaped as she pretended to cut them as well, at that point I politely told her thank you for what she’d done so far but I will just pay for the removal and what she’d done because it wasn’t to my standard of service. She proceeded to tell she hadn’t done anything to justify my disapproval and initially wanted to charge me 35 for the removal of my gel and the liner for the bowl. After I asked her to explain to the price she said sorry $15. The gentleman who’d started on my daughter which I presume to be the owner was doing my daughter’s nails, as I was telling him to stop her service and just pay for that he asked me to not penalize him for what the other tech had done, which I felt fair at the time. Not thinking because I’m upset at the service I then paid for my service or legal I’d received and my daughter’s. $55 and then tipped 10 for him. As I’m walking out to discuss this experience with my sister in the phone… a family walks in with their daughters to be serviced. They noticed how upset I was and asked what happened , I told them and the gentleman said “no mind her” and told me that they weren’t getting pedicures as to mind my business so they could proceed with servicing them. As I entered back to check on my daughter, the guy asked me was I happy with what I did. Stunned and even more insulted I told him that I was. He said to me oh so you just look the rest of people who go to Facebook and internet to complain. At this point I’d had it. What you will not do is insult me after I’ve paid you to service my daughter and expect me to not speak up on the poor service and judgement from you and your staff. The problem was not how I tried so graciously to decline finishing my service or how honest I was with the future patrons if this establishment. I was a paying customer who is a licensed master cosmetologist who recognized poor service and professionalism and didn’t want anyone to receive less than what they deserve. Not only was I completely disrespected but we were treated like we weren’t worthy of getting quality service. Stop supporting business who don’t find the value in the money you worked hard to make. Below I’ve posted photos of my nails after she claims she removed all the polish and clipped my nails, this included her buffing them. 🤦🏾‍♀️, as well as the “very short” set I asked for my daughter. more ... less ...

I have visited some bad salons in Macon but this one is the all time worst. They could care less at the salon, its not updated, not very clean, and the people are rude with fake smiles. It didnt look like they used clean ones for each customer. I got a pedicure and manicure there only because someone gave me a gift certificate--and it was absolutely the worst service Ive ever had. The older lady who did both services thought her fake smiles would get her over for the poor work that she did--but that was not the case. She rushed through each service, barely even brushed over my nails with the file, they had no shape she didnt clean up any cuticles on my feet or hands. I left with hang nails that I am still biting off. She actually just breezed over my nails with the file like she was doing something and she was doing absolutely nothing . I wanted only a clear polish and she put one coat on my nails, turned on the fan and then left and went on to the next customer. I had to call her back to at least give me 2 coats of polish. DO NOT THINK ABOUT COMING TO THIS SHOP!!!! They are the worst. They should be closed down. They are an insult to the Macon Mall. Anybody who comes here just has not gotten good service from a nail salon and doesnt know they should expect better. more ... less ...

I have tried this nail place a few times because people have advised it is a great nail place. Yes the staff is friendly place is clean but I am not happy with my nail service. Last time my feet weren’t scrubbed/soft. This time my toe nails aren’t evenly filed, some cuticles are sore and I received the gel but it’s soft and already peeling off my toe nails. I have had to repaint my toes. I won’t be going back to this salon for a pedicure. They also don’t allow you to pick your scent/ product they use anymore. I left smelling like charcoal which is the lotion/scrub she used. She used so much lotion I was sliding in my shoes. I had to take a shower when I got home because of the smell and I was caked in lotion. Not a very good experience. I am sure I didn’t receive gel polish every other place I have gotten gel polish it has been hard. more ... less ...
