For Starters This nail salon is a chop shop. If you care about your health do not go here! Ive been a couple times only for pedicures. The same guy always does it and does a decent job. The same guy always does it and does a decent job. But they Are highly unsanitary. Yesterday Tuesday 1/25/2022 i went with my boyfriend to get a manicure. LOAN NGUYEN Is who did our nails. While getting my \"manicure\" she asked me to pick a color and i chose white. I asked her how much and she said 15 total. FALSE She cut me and didnt apologize or discount my service. Then i went to wash my hands and i saw her cleaning out the bowl i was soaking my hands in and she just damped out the water and filled it up again to use on someone else....she never cleaned it. Then i noticed that she used an old used DISPOSABLE Buffer on my hands.. also unsanitary. Then the icing on the cake is that she used the same tools on my boyfriend that she used on me. While receiving my service another lady came in and asked to speak to the manager and was met with \" he will be in on Saturday all i can offer you is 5 dollars if you want 10 dollars come back later \" then she proceeded to tell the lady that she was wrong for coming in and saying they did a bad job. They had cut the girls finger pretty bad and the nails were all uneven and miss shaped. They dont wipe anything down between customers. And everything has a film of dust on it from other peoples nails. They double dip in their monomer, for those of you who dont know that is highly unsanitary and a dip and dap dish is $1 at the nail supply store!!!!! I wasnt going to say anything because our total bill was supposed to be 30 bucks and it isnt worth the fight but when we left she tried to charge us 60 bucks I asked why and she said that gel was 15 bucks but i never asked for gel and was never told that is would be extra. My boyfriends top coat was also 15 dollars. The people there are rude and unprofessional. I have reached out to the state board of Georgia cosmetology and barbers, and filed a complaint with them. Hopefully they will get closed down and not be able to harm anyone else. Also they wont let you speak to their manager they always tell you they will have to call you back, and never do more ... less ...

Pros - they get you in and out and zero wait time. The guys up front doing the reception know how to speak English well and make you feel super comfortable. They have a loud speaker method which calls an available nail tech to let them know they have a customer. Great price and never overcharge. I paid $35 for a basic gel pedicure, which is a wonderful price compared to other salons.\n\nCons - The place is not clean. They don’t sanitize the chairs after each customer, the plastic dividers in between each pedicure station are horrendous. Everything is dirty even the front door. They need a good deep cleaning and all will be well.\n\nI’m not a fan of their hand nails since Justin, Lila and Mimi moved out of there but I still go there for my pedicures. I don’t normally come to this nail salon but I was in a rush and needed to get my nails done before leaving town. I came to get a full gel set, pink and white ombré, coffin shaped which was $75. My nails started coming off like press on’s and the gel polish is chipping. I spent too much money to end up having to get them done all over again days later. You all should be ashamed! I have been coming to this places since I was in college. Even though I have moved away I had to come back and let them do my wedding nails. Bong is amazing and does my eyebrows right every time!!!

The thing about it, the lady wanted to educate me on taking care of my nails right!! But, the fill-in ONLY lasted 5 days before chipping and breaking off. so, things happen. Im thinking, can she not see the colors are different??? Thinking the color would change . She blamed me for picking the color out. FUNNY THANG IS, SHE PICKED THEM BOTH!!! So, your ready to tell me how to take care of my real nails!! But dont know the colors you picked out for me TWICE!!?? And work with daily!!! NO THANKS YOU!!! Plus the fact they dont do no dead skin treatment for pedicure just took me all the way out!!! $99 cent NAIL SHOP FITS THE WORK AND APPARENT OLD MATERIAL BEING USED HERE!!!! When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he said its because my nails are short. I always get my nails short at other salons and have never experienced this. My cuticles are dry and crusty no matter how many times I oil them. He attempted to correct my nails and this is the result. Better than they were believe it or not. The woman who I went to, to get them fixed, kept suggesting I had jammed my fingers however as she began to remove the color it was clear the application was the flaw. So this weekend I just sat and went through a bunch of shops reading reviews. Since I had to go to the mall, I decided to read the reviews for Nail Elegance. I liked the reviews so my girls and I decided to give them a shot. We were very satisfied. I loved how the owner and the ladies made us feel welcomed. I liked how everyone engaged in conversation with us. Everyone there is really nice. Definitely will return. more ... less ...
