They need to hire more people. Theres 1 thats been there since they opened & 2 new ones that try they best, but they need help because they are to slow.

My husband and I have been going here for years. Went today, they started my pedicure. My husband waited 45 minutes for someone to do his pedicure. The guy who did my pedicure cut my toenail so short that he cut my skin. There’s also gel polish on every single one of my toes and the paint on my nails is poorly done. I now have to go somewhere else to have the gel polish taken off and redone. Very disappointing after so many years of good service. more ... less ...

It was mid afternoon on a Saturday when I visited the shop. I walked in for a gel fill in and eye lash extensions. I was told to wait a few minutes and someone would be with me. Kim did my lashes and I was pleased with the way that they came out. I was referred to Kim for lashes by one of her customers and she did not disappoint. She was very friendly and made jokes throughout. As customers entered the shop Kim greeted them by name and I like that. more ... less ...

I found most of what I was shopping for. Why are things stocked to the very back of the top shelves? The average person will not be able to reach those items, and I really cant at 5ft1!... anyway... I was a frequent customer for years but quit going because the customer service was garbage. All of the ladies were rude, even the owner. The men never spoke, at all. I decided to give them another try about a month and a half ago and realized the establishment was under new ownership and not one single snooty girl was working there anymore, instead there are 7-8 men. They were kind, greeted me when I walked in, smiled, got started right away and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were nice to one another and laughed and cracked jokes and it was the greatest atmosphere. Ill definitely be going back! I couldnt add a picture to this post but added one to Google!
