I went yesterday for a fill in and a pedicure . Both gel . The lady there was in a hurry the first time and didn’t even allow the machine to dry my nails for the 60 seconds required which caused bumps under the nail I went yesterday for a fill in and a pedicure . I had previously been using them and never had a problem. Not to mention the girl cut my finger with the file . I went home and took a shower and two nails broke I addition the polish just opened up and exposed the layers of wet polish due to not waiting the 60 seconds .I said hey! No problem , I won’t be a Karen . I will just go back tomorrow and get them repaired . I arrived the ladies started talking amongst themselves and fixing my nails very rudely then again, she wasn’t waiting the 60 seconds for the nail polish to dry , I informed her of this but had already painted over the first coat . That’s kind of a dumb excuse and doesn’t really make sense since makeup doesn’t stain after washing your hands so idk. It’s happened two separate times with this particular nail tech so I wouldn’t say the whole salon is bad, just her. I’d avoid the nail tech at station #3. Not only did this man cut my finger in the process of doing my nails but didn’t give me SNS nails like he said he was doing. Ive been coming to this nail salon since November 2021 and Ive consistently received excellent service. Theyve even accommodated me last minute with no appointment. Sonny does my nails just how I like them every time, Holly and Lynn are amazing with my pedicure, and Lynn gets my eyebrows on point every time! Love their prices and the environment. I highly recommend making an appointment. I told her I don’t want any money what I want is simply free and that is customer service clearly they don’t have it here so I will not be returning there are plenty of 5 star nail salons that have great customer service . The person who did my pedicure had no personality or skill set for this job. I felt like my feet were being done by a child for fun. My feet are still rough on the bottom, the polish I could have done better myself, the filing, cuticle clean up, or callus removal wasnt up to par. She didnt even help put my flip flops back on, but made sure I didnt forget the tip line on the credit card receipt...dont waste your money on this place ladies. more ... less ...

Longer than I’d ever experienced as both a patron and a nail technician.. and that was back in the day when we didn’t have all the fancy equipment to cut down the time in filing etc..\nThen. With regards to my moms experience, they charged her for a full set when all she came in for was a fill. Their response was because with ombré they have to file down the acrylic from the previous nails. Um. Yeah that’s what you’re supposed to do. Usually with a full set, you start from scratch with tips, new acrylic etc. This was NOT the case. She did say that it’s the best job she’s had in a long time and that is her truth but not for the amount she was charged. The reason we came here is because I had a good experience the last time I came. I was charged for what I got, I got what I asked for, I was in and out in a timely manner yet it didn’t look like a rushed job, and I walked away very satisfied with my whole experience. I don’t know if it was just a “bad day” with my tech, or what. What I do know is this:\n1) The gentleman who did my moms nails did a great job and she was pleased with that.. NOT the price and she felt like she was totally taken advantage of. And as someone who’s been a nail tech, I know for a fact she received fills but charged for a full set. He even admitted to that.\n2) We are willing to give y’all another chance but we’ve learned to ask prior to services being rendered, and I will only go to the gentleman that helped both my mom and myself from the last couple times I had came.\nBut please. I only came in for a pedicure. I chose the Classic pedicure priced at $25. First the lady who did my pedicure did not speak at all, someone else spoke for her and the area was not clean , there was hair floating in the w I only came in for a pedicure.
