I have been going there for years and have sometimes received poor service. I am usually very patient during those times and have allowed them to talk me into letting someone \"they\" choose to do my nails. I am usually very patient during those times and have allowed them to talk me into letting someone \"they\" choose to do my nails. Recently, I was disgusted with their service. When I have to tell them \"no color\" 5 times and they insist on bringing me three different alternatives (colors) and act like they are deaf, I have a problem. Also, customers have a right to choose who they want to provide the service, especially if the customer is willing to wait. They are very pushy and act like they dont hear/understand what you are saying. They are forever saying, \"She do really good job for you. Everyone does good job...the same job.\" Then, they start talking bad about their customers. My son used an app on his phone for translation and I was appalled at what they were saying about people. It is sad because there are two ladies that are solid and I have never heard chime in on their conversation, plus they do an amazing job. I am very disappointed in the owner Ming (hopefully spelled correctly). Oh, and the lady they pushed on me to do my nails, did such a bad job because my nails started cracking the same day and I had to take time out of my schedule the next day to have them done again. Prices raised and $45 a waste. They should be giving me back at least half of my money for bad service and wasting my time having to go back the next day. DISAPPOINTED!!! more ... less ...

This is the best nail shop I gone to. The service is the best. My nails last for 3 weeks. They treat me very well and I fell like my business is appreciated. I always get complements on my nails. I took my 5 year old for her first manicure. I got SNS and she got gel. They turned out perfect! She had a picture picked out of what she wanted and they were able to match it perfectly. We had the best time! Don was so I took my 5 year old for her first manicure. I got SNS and she got gel. They turned out perfect! I used to really like this salon, but was very disappointed on my visit this past week. 9 minutes before my 430pm appointment I was called (while on the way there) and asked if I could come at 530pm instead due to a sch I used to really like this salon, but was very disappointed on my visit this past week. 9 minutes before my 430pm appointment I was called (while on the way there) and asked if I could come at 530pm instead due to a schedule conflict. I agreed and was thanked for being accommodating. When I got there at 530pm I asked what the problem was and was told that my technician had taken a walk-in and that it was taking longer than expected because the customer wanted some added services that were not initially requested. So, a walk-in gets priority over an appointment? In that particular situation, the technician should have handed off the additional request to someone who was available, but so be it. I wouldnt be writing this if this is all that was troubling. My pedicure and manicure were rushed. There was no cuticle treatment for either. I asked about it and was ignored. I was done in about 40 minutes and my finger nail polish broke off in large pieces that evening. more ... less ...

We’ll, I’m a guy and made an appoint for a particular person yesterday, for today. I arrive from my appointment and found out that that person has been out sick for two days. I arrive from my appointment and found out that that person has been out sick for two days. They had to push my appointment back 30 minutes but then they assured me they could get me in. I returned at the new appointment time and they sat me in the chair for a pedicure five minutes after I arrived but I sat in that chair for 15 minutes waiting for service. Planning is poor. If this were a doctor’s office and the doctor had an emergency I would understand. But this is a nail salon for crying out loud and I’m not gonna wait for an hour. There were other people waiting as well. I believe rather than a focus on volume, management should shift a little focus to customer service. They were super unprofessional and in a rush they didnt listen to what my grandmother wanted messed my moms nails up majorly (she had long nails) all that needed to be done was a little trim and shaping (picture after down below) they burned through our nails and that gel like acrylic they did burned way to bad. I feel like the fake nail has literally became one with my real nail and if I tried to take them off my whole finger nail would go with it. Just all around not a good experience. more ... less ...

I have gone a few times, but was concerned when the first time I called to make an appointment, the woman on the phone was very rude. However, I had a very nice facial and was impressed even despite the hard sell for product at the end. The second facial was not nearly as good as the first and my skin looked worse not better. I thought I’d try a third time with the woman who did my first facial. I waited more than 20 minutes past my appointment time and then went and asked what was the issue and this was on a holiday where I needed to get on with the day. No apology…just said my aesthetician was “held up”. I said, no one could have come to tell me that? Then, the woman was belligerent and told me “it’s not my fault…I didn’t know you were back there”. I think this place is hit or miss at best…hopefully, someone else will give them a run for their money. Maybe then their service will improve. more ... less ...
