I went to Vicki’s Nails on Hwy 85 this morning.\nI was met by her daughter using nail polish to write signs saying We’re Closed with pink nail polish. I am not disrespectful so after sitting down for a while I asked her daughter was she the person I was waiting for and how long she would be. The owner then responded “ if you in a rush and not have time you come back later”\nMy time is also valuable if she was busy doing something else than that was what should have been said. Ms. Vicki I have been in your shop and heard your unprofessionalism. You are not cleaning your shop during COVID19 Pandemic and insist that “those who want it clean should do it themselves” Sweetie you’ve done me a favor by not taking my business!\n\nBlessings to you Ms. Vicki more ... less ...

Price list says a get fill in is $33, get to the register, its $45, no extras were added... same with the pedicure. A basic gel pedicure is listed $40, get to the register: $45. Now, is this a lot of money, no but its the principle. Doing this is how you lose repeat customers. I ALWAYS tip for service but if youre going to charge automatic gratuity, just say that too. Im not the type to make a scene or argue about it but I wont go back.\n\n***Edit, since I need to say it AGAIN. I did not get anything \"extra\" to change the price. I work here and I love it I’m a black nail tech and they treat me equal the lady are very sweet but their not push overs :) lol. Very nice place, clean, soft music and smells good. If I could give this place a 0 I would. After getting a pedicure done on a Sunday morning, my toe was not the same on Monday, it started hurting bad but thought it will go away. Well I was wrong, knew that it was serious If I could give this place a 0 I would. After getting a pedicure done on a Sunday morning, my toe was not the same on Monday, it started hurting bad but thought it will go away. Well I was wrong, knew that it was serious when on Tuesday night it started hurting more, like really bad. So I put some ointment thinking it will go away well no. Wednesday night couldn’t sleep and Thursday morning left work to the Piedmont Urgent care. Well my toe was infected really bad and they had to pin a needle to get the pus out. The doctor gave me antibiotics and pains medication and after a week my toe still not better, my foot still swollen. Went to the place to speak to the manager and the man in the front wouldn’t say anything, and I asked can we please go and talk since there were too many people there and honestly with the pain I was getting irritate, he kept asking me for the receipt maybe he thought I was lying, but anyways if my toe don’t get better the manager of whom ever will see my face again. So please ladies make sure the tools they use are clean because I’ve been in pain for over a week. I’m so upset and irritate but I’m hoping my toe gets better. Better believe I will never get my toes done there EVER AGAIN more ... less ...

I took my daughter to this nail shop for sns for the 1st time. We got there at 2:00 p.m.. We waited for 1hr 45 mins. Other ppl came in after us and got thier nails done and when. I told them my time is just as valuable they need to explain. I paid for the soak off and left.\nThis is one of the worst experiences Ive had with a nail salon. Oh my, this has been by far the best experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. Not only did she accommodate me at the last minute but she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Ive been trying to get an appointment with this place for over a week because its around the corner from my house. They claim to ALWAYS be booked for weeks! Oh well! The tech up the street welcomed me with open arms.
