Awesome service ! The prices are great and the work is even better, you show the staff what kind of design you want and they’ll do it which is amazing. Had to come back and revise my review. I come here bc its usually not very busy but I now realize why. Seeing the owner in action. Shes very rude and short with everyone until you call her out. This time was the final straw when she snapped at my kid! My daughter showed her a pic and she got to work. But she didnt like the final results and asked her to change some things.. this lady snapped and told her no body can duplicate a picture bc they enlarge them to make them look better... WHAT??!! And then her daughter said they can only get the actual 70-80% accurate. Then she shouldve said that in the beginning, but dont snap on me when it doesnt look the same. I can deal with alot but if I dont give you attitude, then dont give me none. I get that she’s probably tired cause shes usually in there running the shop by herself.. 1 person cant do 16 people at once. A lady came in behind and fell asleep in the chair... she did 3 other people and left her sleeping!!! Worst experience! First of all when I went in I felt like they were rushing through may mani/pedi! The very next day one of my toes the polish just came right off. The very next day one of my toes the polish just came right off. A friend that went with me for the mani/pedi had to return the same day for the same reason! After 3 days I noticed that the gel nail polish was starting to peal back on my thumb nail. I couldnt return that day and by the time.I could several nails were pealing off. I returned to have them repair this, when I was informed that it would be another $10 and that it was my body chemistry causing the polish to peal off. I told her I have never had this problem before and she continued to tell me to google it!! Once I told I told her I wasnt giving them anymore money for unsatisfactory work, she then proceeded to rip the polish off the nails that were pealing back and only fixed those nails. Most of the repaired nails now have bubbles/lumps in the polish! I will never return again! more ... less ...

I took my mom and papa out for peanut and pedis, my treat. When we were sat, i advised them to do my moms toes initially hence it was Motherâ $ s Day weekend. They allow me recognize someone was coming right now 10 mins later my mom was still being in the same water, now cool at this moment. However you know what, we still remained as well as someone eventually comes. n nThey start to attempt to take the gloss off, my mother had forgotten she had gel polish on from the last time. So they take out the massive nail drill (which is never disinfected from the last customer and exceptionally dirty) to try to utilize on my mommies feet. I asked for a simple manicure, no tips, regular nail polish. I have to keep my nails short for work. As well as a pedicure, with the hot stones and massage.\n\nThe entire process was terribly uncomfortable. From the tone and disdain the woman gave me. The chair was uncomfortable, she rushed through my pedicure and forgot that inasked fir the stone massage twice. Then she rushed through that continuously burning me with the stone she had just removed from the warmer rushed through my massage. Did my nail polish uneven on my toes.\n\nI left with cuticles needing to be trimmed and nail polish on the skin of three fingers. They treated other customers with respect and kindness and somehow I didnt get the same treatment. I was patient the entire time and I didnt make any rude remarks.\n\nEven towards the end when the pedicure lady started pointing and talking to me like a dog when I asked to sit there for a minute while I looked at my nails. That did not include roller set or blower .\nI’d like to also express the interaction I had with the owner; was very unprofessional. She spoke to me with such a negative demeanor and was not understanding nor apologetic about her false advertisement. I had a tech named Mary who was very kind and worked fast. My nails were not perfect but they are pretty. Youd have to stare pretty hard to find the imperfections. Its unclear how much the services are because each menu item ends with \"and up\". You have to ask how much everything is because they just keep on working and asking what you want. Also, they dont use regular nail polish unless it comes in one of their sets. That makes the price jump a minimum of 20 for gel or powder color. I remember when it was $20 to get my nails done. Excellent place tucked out of sight. Staff is friendly and kind and the prices are great! Come on down and get a pedicure or whatever you like. Will return again!

I love this place! The family is pleasant and really get to know you. They can do designs like flowers, swirls, polka dots, etc. Theyre not big on rhinestones, and new age trends. Prices are not posted. Got a pedicure and there was literally no massage involved. Got ombré nails and they are splotchy and rough…all for over 100 dollars. I was treated so rudely here! I had a picture of a simple ombré nail color I wanted and them man at the desk kept pushing me to do dip powder which I told him over and over again I did not want. Then he sat me for my pedicure and said someone would come talk to me. I was him talk to the nail tech at length and then she came over and also said she could only do it with dip powder. Even in the picture the tech that originally did the nails showed the bottle of POLISH that they did the manicure with. I declined the manicure at that point. I’m taking my money somewhere unfortunately my pedicure was already started when that all transpired or I would have just left. Definitely not patronizing this place again. more ... less ...
