Work is done good. It’s the lack of SNS Color choices and end result . I’ve tried them 4-5 times and whatever color I want , it isn’t there. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I went on a Saturday, and it was busy. But Ms. Yolanda and Mr. Johnny were good at getting clients completed. I came to this nail facility on April 21, 2022 and patiently waited to get my nails done for my upcoming birthday. I requested the same lady that I had the previous visit because I liked my nails during that first visit. However there were two ladies rushing to do my nails and going back and forth between me and another customer who arrived about 30 minutes after me (this was enough time to complete my pedicure). I stayed at the nail salon for two full hours. I requested to have gel nails. I paid for a pedicure and gel nails. My gel polish is peeling… I am not happy with the service because I work for my money and I EXPECT to have my nails done correctly by the people who are supposed to be PROFESSIONALS. I came back to the salon again today (4/26/2022) for them to correct it, but it will be an one hour wait. I’m tired 🥱 of wasting my TIME & MONEY at facilities that do not care how they perform! Also, on the weekends, the “eyebrow” lady is never there. And they supposedly do eyelashes but everytime I call, the “eyelash” lady is never there either. And the pricing quote I got of the eyelashes is extremely high compared to other shops as well. But lately I’ve been getting bad service starting from the front desk. The fake clothes wearing guy and the hood new girl are unprofessional. And now Linda just rush to get to the next client. She’s had to correct my lashes twice. I thought she was just having a bad day. But today 6/17/22 was the last time I’m going to spend my money in this establishment. I really like Linda but I can’t waste my money and get treated horrible at the same time. Everyone who’s a nail lover would know this. The owner kindly told her he could not discount her nails because he had suggested she get a gel set when she first came. She became upset and accused him of bad business. This was truly heartbreaking to see. I have tried many in the area. This is my first visit to this place. They do everything and they do fantastic work! The service was efficient and simple. The paint job was nice. I will be back.

The renovations is nice & spacious. Theyre definitely doing great on business but the unfortunate thing is that every time you go they say there is no wait which is a lie! He told me had to charge me $10 extra for my cuticles. Since when is getting your cuticles not included with the manicure???? I told him I’ve always done this and never was charged extra. They are nickel and diming you for everything. That was my last time going to there. And this time he did a rush job and it shows. And no, I did not leave a tip. Then when I left she put those floppy big shoes on me that never work. I tried my best to be careful in them but it messed up my big toe. I took them off when I sat down to avoid messing the others up and she then saw that my big toe was messed up. She proceeded to yell at me asking me why I took those shoes off. There were lots of other issues but too many to add here. I posted this earlier and it looks like it was deleted. Very unprofessional and I will not be back. She had the gall to tell me I should have brought it to the person who did my feet attention. (The girl left immediately after she finished). Anyway, I asked if someone else could do my feet over. She stated they work off commission and that I needed to come back tomorrow so that same person could correct it. I doubt that!! No do over for me. I will not go back if they offered me free service for a year.\n\nBe ware, Space Nails just lost a long time customer. Time is too valuable to go back for a do over.
