Had a longer than expected wait but figured that was a sign that they were really good. I was wrong. The lady doing my pedicure started drilling off my old polish. The lady doing my pedicure started drilling off my old polish. I asked her not to remove it that way and do a proper soak off. She did change her method which I was happy about. Then I advised her that I had acrylic on my big toe and asked her not to drill it off to remove and soak it off. She told me no. Then the owner tony came over and I expressed what I wanted and he too told me no. Now I’m frustrated and was trying to decide what I wanted to do. I was just going to have them to fill it since they can’t do a proper removal. The lady then snatched the plastic out of my tub and I asked her what was going on. She basically walked off and started doing someone else’s toes. I keep asking them what’s going on and no one is assisting me. Been here for over an hour and no toes done. Right before I leave tomorrow for vacation. I’ll just get them done out of town. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve never been compelled to leave a negative review for a company but this one takes the cake. Very ghetto, do not recommend. more ... less ...

It was a mess, THEN after painting my toes he didn’t put the top coat on which at the time I didn’t notice, until I left and came back. My toes started getting smudgy, & bumpy I went back to get it fixed, even in the process of getting it fixed he was still rushing, painting really fast, it was a HOT MESS!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever, When I went back to get my toes fixed, I told him that he didn’t even put the top coat on and he ignored me & that’s when he started putting top coat on the rest of the nails, then he got mad and was mocking me to his fellow coworkers . Worst experience ever . PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Don’t waste your money here . Don’t even consider this location expecting to get a nice job done on your service . 0/10 . they so worried about getting peoples hard working money instead of actually keeping their customers satisfied. I am so devastated. I would come here faithfully, for years to get my nails done. I noticed my nude nails had a dark tint to them. I decided to take them off to find my nails have green fungus! I’ve come to this location twice. This was my 2nd occasion and as hesitant as I was. I still took my a$$ inside. I wanted simply just toenails polished, no spa treatment. I wanted simply just toenails polished, no spa treatment. Firstly, this place is cold in spirit and you can just tell from the vibe the staff is not friendly(welcoming). I have found that these people do not truly want to service you if you are not getting the “”works”. They will service you of course, but beware it’s rushed and just not worth it. If you politely call them out on it, you are met with rudeness. Although they are clearly seeing what you see. By the time I reached my vehicle the polish appeared to be wrinkled on two of my toes. I already had to ask for a spot that had no polish be corrected. The tech rudely corrected the botched work. The total was $12. You’ll come out better attempting a pedicure paint job yourself to save the hassle. Hence why this place is never busy. I remember when just a simple polish was $7. For 12, you may as well buy a sally hansen set and DIY. Which is what I should’ve done being that I had to redo two of my toes anyway. Will not return. more ... less ...

The Experience was Horrible I was referred by my girlfriend the service was horrible! The old lady that was up front was Rude and acted crazy like she never heard of SNS powder! Then acted as if she didn’t speak or understand English when I called her after I left to see why or what the miscommunication was.Obviously my business is not valued so I will definitely take it else where and I had left such a nice review of the establishment i removed it because it’s no longer valid more ... less ...

I used to go to this place 10 years ago. It was very good then. Now its a hit or miss. Your nails can be good one time and not the next. I always have gel powder on top of my nails for over 23 years. I basically had to start over and he acted like he was more upset than I was but he made the mistake and I paid for it. Been going here consistently for about 2 years because they have some amazing nail ladies and I’m always satisfied with the results and I’m pretty patient . However the service is terrible. This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had from a nail salon. The cuticles were not cleaned properly with tool. The toenails were filed with the electric filer more than I have ever had. To relieve the pain I had to use peroxide at home on my toe. They constantly speak their language and act as if they don’t understand English. BE WARE, if they don’t understand and speak language or have a soles person, they should not be making $35 and hour and demanding tips, I will never allow this to happen again. It is bitterly received and response is bitter when you are not happy with them taking your money. Calculate what we pay them and the service we should be receiving. How many Mexicans, Latinos, colored folk make $35 to $50 an hour for lest than $5 worth of nail polish whether regular polish or gel? Let’s not be taken advantage of so easily.I can not even rate this business, but I will never return or recommend…..😝 more ... less ...

As I’m getting my nails done (I usually do S&S but they did not have it) the lady was so rough while filing my nails they throbbed. Not only that, she cut 6 of my fingers. She apologized but I was hoping she would correct it since she said she wanted to move to her station after my pedicure. We get there and it’s getting worst. Still keeping calm, we got to the design part, she tried for over 15 minutes to do the design by hand because she said she did not know how to use the stickers. After her multiple tries, I just asked for her to paint it the pink color so I could leave. As my nails were drying, she told me they were finished. That is only sitting under the light for 1 minute. I told her they weren’t and she continued to put the light up. I just washed my hands and left. I didn’t want to give any stars because nothing about this was worth $50. more ... less ...
