I have been a loyal nail gallery client since moving to GA from NY 6 years ago. I have never been happier with my nails and consistently get compliments everywhere I go. I have never been happier with my nails and consistently get compliments everywhere I go. They are incredible with nail art but usually use their creativity to make my in app pictures even better. My nails last the full 3 weeks sometimes longer. They have incredible color/embellishment choices and are on the forefront of new nail trends. It is off the beaten path but if you want ART then you come here. I have seen most of the nail artists here and they all are wonderful. I get weekly deals via text from them. Have booked 1-2 appointments over the years via this text. Last week I booked highlights and glaze for my daughter. Last week I booked highlights and glaze for my daughter. Got confirmation back with pricing, stylist name etc. I confirmed AGAIN before I went today. Showed up and was told no appointment existed. The person the appointment was with “Cathie” wouldn’t even come to front to talk to me. The front receptionist said they might have been “hacked or something”. We left after driving 35+ minutes with no resolution and an unhappy daughter. This was my first time visiting and the workers here were so accommodating! My friend and I called and asked if they were accepting walk-ins and they just so happened to have a slot open for both of us today! Terrible experience! I live in the neighborhood behind the nail salon. I called and asked what the wait was and I was told the was no wait . I was not given an option for what kind of pedicure I wanted which seemed strange but no big deal. I had an older lady doing my toes. My toenails were very uneven and the lady was about to paint them without shaping them or anything didn’t even ask if I wanted a cut down so I told her . She then proceeds to just cut down my big toes. I told her I want all of my toes cut down . She files my big toes again making the lower and lower and then starts painting. I had to jerk me feet away from her and tell someone else to let her know I want all of my toes cut down and files evenly. It took forever ! It was sooooo frustrating!!! My big toes were hurting because they were cut down lower than they should ever be. This is the closest nail salon to me . It would take me 5 minutes to walk there but I would rather drive 30 minutes to go to another one. I will never go there again! I would not recommend. I so tried to like this place. Andy is super nice and so is his wife; however, the first time I went my nails were great! It was a Sunday, and he took his time. My hubby got a pedicure, and for him I chose the $33 pedicure. The lady advised that they no longer do that one.(Its on the menu). Okay, we choose the $38. My daughter whos 11 got a REG French polish, $15 that chipped the next day. I had my previous SNS removed and replaced. Andy was rushing and Im not sure why because no one was waiting, but the very next day THREE of my My SNS nails chipped. I went back and his wife re-did the chipped nails. Two days later, FOUR more chipped and another person re-did. And today, I see that TWO more are chipped. NOT COOL. I have been getting SNS for years. This is not normal for SNS. I was not going to write a review, but this is ridiculous. Who wants to pay $45 for SNS and have to go back THREE times. UNACCEPTABLE! more ... less ...

I’d give zero stars if I could. I didn’t get a chance to experience this place, but I’m SO glad. I like this shop and the nail techs. It just seems like I can never get in there cus they are either closed (Tuesdays) or they dont take you if you come too late (too close to 7pm, their current temporary hours.) The Google hours were never updated with their new hours and I kept forgetting that and showing up when they were closed. I personally submitted the new hours to Google and got them approved and updated! Anyways, the services are great. Only giving one star because I can’t give less. Worst nail experience EVER!!! the girl took two hours to do a gel “manicure” that’s wasn’t even a manicure. She kept messing up. After being utterly frustrated and unhappy another lady tried to “fix” my nails but they were already so messed up. By the next day all had cracked and their only offer was for me to sit and wait an hour for another lady to do them again. Will NEVER go back or EVER recommend this place. Self care is important to me so the selection of my manicurist was important.\nI’ve had the best experiences with the staff at Nails of Capri. Helen (the owner) and Everyone is always very professional and friendly. Customer satisfaction seems to be the cornerstone of their business along with cleanliness. Tiffany is my preferred nail tech professional. she is really sweet, attentive and strives to make each visit an experience. Even at times when things are busy, she is able to service me timely and if my wait may take longer than expected we work through it.\nWhat impresses me the most about all of the staff, is watching them deal with difficult and sometimes rude patrons. They handled these situations with class which I commend because dealing with the public can be thankless at times.\n\nI love, love this nail salon, my husband and sons love their pedicure treatments and although I’ve moved out of the area, I come back twice per month to get my mani/pedi and eye brow wax! When my family and friends come in town, I take them too! Tiffany is the best!!\nOh and Helen does an excellent job with facials.\nThe staff seems to get along well, I will continue to come back. I normally come here and it is good, however, this time I was laughed at and asked for them to put sparky polish over what I had previously gotten (which was the same color I had on my nails from last time) and he procee I normally come here and it is good, however, this time I was laughed at and asked for them to put sparky polish over what I had previously gotten (which was the same color I had on my nails from last time) and he proceeded to say “it’s different but okay” and laughed. Then, went on to take off my previous polish which I hadn’t asked him to do making me have to get the polish completely redone. I don’t know what happened between the last time I came here and now, but I will not be coming back. Spent $200 for a complete waste!!!! Got a set of nails that didnt even last a week. HOW does a short gel that basically has ALWAYS cost me &40 for LONG nails & I got a pedicure as well that was $65 make my total $200???? Spent $200 for a complete waste!!!! I have been coming to Suwanee Nails for years and they are fantastic! Every tech is so kind and attentive. They all do a great job. I felt like the service done was not worth the price. Who pays $103 for manicure and pedicure? Maybe I’m outdated and if I am let me know. I will gladly change my rating. I would think 30ish for toes. Mind you I had gel polish and no deigns. I had acrylic with gel and no designs. I would think $40-$60 for that. So I was thinking $70 total.. When did nails get so expensive or am I being ripped off here? more ... less ...

The best nail shop in this area. It can get busy but worth the wait. The staff are super friendly and are great at what they do. Also super clean.
