Worst experience I’ve had with a salon. Ever. I don’t generally write reviews but felt after the lack of professionalism and extremely poor customer service it was necessary. I don’t generally write reviews but felt after the lack of professionalism and extremely poor customer service it was necessary. Went in to get my nails done and was greeted and sat down immediately. I then proceeded to patiently wait as I assumed they would begin shortly. During this time I saw numerous people walk out frustrated. I waited over an hour with multiple employees indicating to me it would by my turn soon. I then understood why those other individuals had left.\n\nI decided to speak with a manager and very politely shared with her that it would be helpful if they communicated the wait time as I had been waiting over an hour and had seen others walk out frustrated and that I didn’t want them to lose business because of that.\n\nI then saw the woman who had indicated to me about ten minutes prior that she would be serving me next had sat down with another customer! I shared that with manager as well. Unfortunately the response I got was rude and unapologetic and then she told me there were still 5 other people ahead of me. I had only seen 1 person leave with completed nails which meant I would be waiting at least another hour or more probably!\n\nI will not be returning. I also have a gift card I am choosing not to utilize because of how deeply disappointed I am of the service. more ... less ...

The ladies here are the best! Tam has always given me a great pedicure, shes very careful.\nThe shop is very clean, and everyone is so nice. You feel comfortable with the way you are treated.\nIve even gotten my husband The ladies here are the best! I’m not one to go out of my way to write reviews, unless I feel compelled to. I came in around 5:45 to get SNS and a gel pedicure. I was told that they had plenty of time to do so, however it was evident in the tech I’m not one to go out of my way to write reviews, unless I feel compelled to. I came in around 5:45 to get SNS and a gel pedicure. I was told that they had plenty of time to do so, however it was evident in the techs’ attitudes that they were not happy I was there. When getting my nails done, it was extremely rushed and sloppy. She asked me if I wanted them thicker, to which I replied “Yes, please. They usually tend to crack” and the let out the loudest huff & puff ever and started snatching my hands. I have never felt so unwelcome in a facility, and for that reason I will not be back. I came in with a good attitude, and came out with a not so good one and less money in my wallet. If you go here, catch them at a better time I guess.. more ... less ...
