Not only did the guy cut me in five different places while doing acrylic nails, he wouldnt stop looking at the movie that was on for customers. How about you pay more attention to your customers, then maybe you wouldnt have cut me so many times. Also, I told him multiple times my nails were uneven, he basically said it was the angle. Nope not an angle just the way you werent paying attention like I said by him watching TV. Hes lucky I even paid, I will never ever be back there. Not worth it. more ... less ...

This place was overpriced. $40 for a gel manicure seemed a bit much. They didnt soak my hands first prior to trimming my nails and cuticles. They didnt soak my hands first prior to trimming my nails and cuticles. Then proceeded to use power tool on my natural nails which is a big no no for me. They barely trimmed my cuticle. My cuticle still look awlful. The worst part is they used shared tools. I expected that each tech would get a sanitize tools set for each client and never reuse without first sanitize the tools. I was horrified. This service was nothing more than a polish change that they charged for manicure price. I noticed them doing the same thing for pedicures. Never again. more ... less ...
