Nice but didnt do my nails the way I asked. My nails were broken in a week. Think Ill try somewhere else.

I would not recommend this place. I went in to get a pedicure. I asked to have my nails cut and paid for paraffin and did not get either. The lady seemed in a rush( she even had a timer set up) even though the shop was e I would not recommend this place. I went in to get a pedicure. I go to this place for the Hispanic women who are the only kind ones because for the owner who is a man, I never return apart. He charges a lot for the job. Their network was down and my card payment would not process after several tries. I was asks if I could go to an atm. I said no because of banks service charges. I did not have enough cash to pay. The response was \"I trust you, but could you leave you leave your\ncard with us until you return\"? So how am ai going to get cash without the card? Then I was asked to leave my cell phone. NO! I love the subtle music, amazing massages with a deluxe pedicure, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. I leave feeling relaxed & refreshed and my polish is flawless. Another gem in my neighborhood.

I came straight to the salon after work, simply wanting a basic gel manicure. As I was getting my nails done, the nail tech kept showing the color to the nail tech beside them...most of the conversation was in another language but at the end the nail tech replied \"beautiful color though\"...that made me think something was wrong. He then took out a napkin and begin wiping the nail polish brush.\n\nOnce he put my nails under the UV lamp, that is when I knew the color was old. EVERY nail had a ripple after the lamp. When I showed him, he smacked his lips and began to aggressively wipe the GEL polish off. he took out the drill to remove the color with no regard for my nails. I even flinched and told him to stop because it was painful.\n\nAfter he \"removed\" the blue, I told him that I would come back to finish because I needed to take my dog out first. (I had just sat in there for over an hour for a gel manicure).\n\nThats when the true character came out of the manager. As I walked to my car, she chased me asking for payment on a manicure. I couldnt believe what she was asking because my nails looked like someone chewed them....and they still were riddled with the blue gel the nail tech tried to scrub off. When I explained the situation, she was rude and forced me to pay $15 for completely trashed nails. I returned after letting my dog out and the manager was so rude. after removing the blue, she went to start someones pedicure. I asked \"isnt polish included in a manicure?\". She returned...slapped some clear on my nails and walked away.\n\nStay away from this establishment. They do not value their customers and their polish was probably purchased in 1973. Ive been going here for 7 years and I LOVE THEM. Cindy knows my family. I usually take my husband. He wears work boots all day and she ALWAYS gets him right. My nails are ALWAYS perfect.
