The atmosphere is amazing. My massage was the best Ive ever had! Her hands were magic and she was able to find my trouble spots with no problem and got them worked out. Simply the best! Always pleased with our experiences. Timmy is awesome! He’s great kid and does amazing job! My daughter loves Rose for full sets but we have used many other people and always happy! Check them out!

I use to be a customer but after today never. When I came in today I forgot my mask. The lady ask me what I wanted (shes did my nails before). I said eyebrow wax, fill-in. (But its in your lineup)Smh but thats not all soon as I sat down she said mask. I said its in my car. It was a customer getting a pedicure without a mask right across from me. I didnt say nothing I went to my car and drove off. The same thing shouldapply to everyone! Not to mention she was passive aggressive about the color. Girl its a hundred nail shops in Valdosta. Millions all over the world most of your customers are Africa American. I picked up on your vibes I will NOT spend another penny there. She dont like us. I didnt sleep with you last night. The greatest feeling was leaving there. Im also a licensed cosmetologist and your customer service skills aint up to par. I can do the work myself but Im right handed so I chose to pay someone but that someone will be somebody who reciprocate RESPECT FOR WHOS PAYING THEM. JS more ... less ...

Wonderful experience at Nail 1st. The manager is always pleasant. She greeted me as I entered and I was serviced. Jessica did my pedicure and gel full set. She had to remove my nails as well. Michael has also done my nails and he is simply amazing too. You can see anyone in Nail 1st and receive quality service. They have now moved inside the mall where the other shop used to be. First of all we were not greeted when we entered. That should have been my first indicator. Maybe we were inconveniencing them by wanting our pedicures done. I dont know. It makes no sense that we are the biggest consumers of this service and we dont own the shops. It is horrible that we have to spend our money and be disrespected at the same time. The middle aged woman and younger lady spoke amongst themselves the entire time they worked on my and my mother in laws feet. That is rude and disrespectful. I had already showed the older lady the photo of what I wanted before sitting down then all of a sudden when it was time to do my design she and the younger lady decided it was too difficult to do and said it would cost me 15 more to do the design when she originally quoted my 5 dollars. I had the impression that they didnt even want to try. Which was simply palm leaves. The younger lady was rude and asked how I expected to get that big design on a toe. Im like you have more width to work vs than on a fingernail. Please, please American people lets stand up and somebody open up nail salons. I really hate patronizing places where Im not valued or respected and I will not recommend this salon to any one of color. Despite my bad experience with these two ladies the man who Im assuming was the owner was very apologetic and explained to me that they were not so good at designs. Then when we got ready to leave my mother in laws toes were half done. The younger lady rushed and did a hot mess of a job on her toes. My mother in law said something about it and the owner( the guy) got down on his knees in the middle of the floor to retouch her toes. No that was customer service at its finest. He was wonderful. I visited with a friend to get a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. She was getting a fill in and a pedicure. The pedicure was great but the nail tech was very rude and unprofessional to me when I told her that the color she was fixing to put on my nails was not the color I had picked out. she told me that it was and it was cat eye. It was not the color I had picked out. I showed her the color i had chosen and she then seemed to get frustrated with me after she realized that it was indeed not the color i showed her. She had to redo the color and didnt even bother to remove the color that she had already put on. She just painted over it. She was very short and rude to me. Did not even speak hardly two words to me other than to argue that the color she was putting on was the color i had picked out. My friends tech kept burning her with the dremel while cleaning her nails up. She now has multiple red bleeding spots on her fingers around her nails. The prices were not posted accurately anywhere in the store. The prices on their sign were totally different from the papers they had randomly around the store. Pretty much any color other than a regular basic polish was $5 more which is fine but they also charged $5 more for anything other than a plain squared nail. Plus $5 more to remove color for the pedicure. Total I spent $170 for 2 pedicures that on their sign said $27 and a full set that their sign says $40 (for the gel manicure) and a fill in that their sign says $25 for. The math does not add up. If I break a nail they always fix it for free even though I insist on paying. I dont ever usually do reviews but this experience was bad. I went to get my nails done for the first time and luckily I was seen quickly buy a guy. I asked to have my acrylics removed and this guy proceeded to try to ri I dont ever usually do reviews but this experience was bad. I went to get my nails done for the first time and luckily I was seen quickly buy a guy. I asked to have my acrylics removed and this guy proceeded to try to rip my acrylics off with fake nail. I know that my nail bed will be badly damaged if he does this so I ask him not to do that and to soak them off instead. He proceeds to be lazy and tell me that it will take forever. I said to him again to not tear my acrylics off, and what does he do? He ignores me and tries to do it again!! I at this point im livid and tell him a third time pulling away to soak my acrylics. This gut gets an attitude and proceeds to leave me soaking for a long long time to the point where my hands were burning and the top layer of my skin peeled off a bit. If this is how your treated for asking for something so simple then I dont ever want to go back. I just walked out and went somewhere else. more ... less ...
