Find best hair and nail salon in Villa Rica , GA

I decided to try this place for the first and LAST time because it was close to where I were and my salon I normally go to was too far to travel. I asked for a pedicure, nails take off and gel polish on my nails. I asked for a pedicure, nails take off and gel polish on my nails. A guy did my pedicure. Prior to him polishing my toes, I specifically told him how I wanted by toes polished. I explained I wanted my whole nail painted and he stated he understood. (For some reason, I have to always tell anyone new that polish my toes this) So, he polishes my toes and Id noticed my whole nail wasnt polish, so I kindly let him know. He said ok and he proceeds to polish, still not polishing my whole nail, so I pointed it out to him again. He says, \"its not your nail, its your skin\", which clearly wasnt. So, another guy comes over and look at my toes and says, \"thats your skin, not toenail, basically saying the same thing the other guy said just because he didnt want to agree with me and go against his co-worker because again, you can clearly see it was my toenail. So than he says, she going to paint your nail. I said, ok thats fine. A lady come to me, sits down aggressively and in a very RUDE voice says, WHICH ONE NOT DONE RIGHT? I said to her, what you wont do is, be rude and unprofessional to me bc I expressed my concern about my nails. So she proceeds to polish my nails and does a horrible job. Meanwhile, the girl doing my nails is aggressively painting my nails and has a very nasty attitude with me. She saw the bubbles in the paint on my nails and still proceeded to paint over it and was ok with how they looked and wasnt going to repaint them until I said something. This place is HORRIBLE. The werent apologetic and could care less about ensuring their clients are satisfied. Ifbyou dont like the service provided, youre not to complain, just pay. They dont value their customers and they treat their customers as if you are beneath them. I definitely wish Id looked at their reviews prior to going because it seems every other review are bad expirences. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, SINKING TITANIC!! more ... less ...

Says they’re open but they’re not. Drove 45 minutes to get to this place because everyone else was busy on a Monday afternoon. Waste of time and gas. This is the second time this has happened. I been here maybe 3 times.. but the last time I went was the last straw!! First they charge extra to cut your cuticles which should be included in both a manicure and pedicure whether it’s regular, gel, dip, etc. th I been here maybe 3 times.. but the last time I went was the last straw!! That’s ridiculous so I’ve never gotten my cuticles cut here. Then this last time I asked for a simple letter “W” the nail tech tried 3 times!!! And each time I was not happy, I even drew it out for her to mimic and she still couldn’t so she gave up and told me “No design” I said well let me try.. I did the design on MY OWN HAND & still had to pay!! I won’t be back.. Honestly the other lady is great her energy and conversation but the service needs to improve. more ... less ...

Was out of town and decided to go in for pedicures and SNS. NEVER AGAIN will I use this place! Two days after having the SNS on they cracked and chipped on seven of my nails.
