We fill out the paperwork work and they tell us we will have to be separated. One person get a massage & facial the other do the pedicure & manicure then after we would switch.\n\nI got the massage and facial and it was the worst thing ever! You could tell this person obviously hasn’t got a license from a masseuse school. She kept rolling my muscle in my shoulder to the point it hurt. I didn’t want to say anything because i was very irritated by the third time. The facial made my face breakout, turn red, & PEEL! I’ve never ever had my face peel from a facial!\n\nI had hopes that the pedicure would be better so we switched after they finished. Got my pedicure and the scrub burn my legs! And the paint you could literally see through! And I ended up getting an inflamed ingrown toenail from improper trimming. Then on last hope I had the manicure done. That was also see through! I asked for an extra coat and she told me and my friend both that she can only do 2 layers of polish. If you can see through the polish what is the point?\n\nAnd it’s crazy that it totaled to 450$ with tip. I felt so bad to go back to my husband and tell him it was the worst experience we had ever had! The prices at Eagle Nails are very reasonable. If you do not want to wait, an appointment is helpful, but walk-ins are absolutely welcomed. Unless the shop is extremely busy, customers do not have to wait long. The business is easily accessible for people with disabilities, and every staff member is very conscientious with elderly people or people with disabilities. They are also excellent with children. Years ago, a friend recommended Eagle Nails to me, and I am so glad that she did. Unless I am out of state, I NEVER think of gong anywhere else for my nails. more ... less ...

But they get 4 stars because of their attitudes as we were coming in the door after we were waiting for them to open on time on Sunday. She is the older lady in the front on the LEFT side. The lady in the front on the RIGHT is who I should have went to. She is amazing and so super sweet. I will come back and I will change my review when they fix my nails. My mom had the same lady on the left and I cant talk her into coming back with me, so dont let one person discourage you. The others have been good to me.\n\nAlso, The people that work on your feet are amazing! They are so sweet and kind and they take their time to have you relax. I was very disappointed on my visit .. My best friend took me for a girls day because I’m getting married she just went less than a month ago and since ,she went they’ve upped their prices by nearly 1/2. I return after an hour and some minutes later, I notice my mother-in-law seems to be a little disappointed or upset. I found out that they had her sitting with her feet in the water for an hour or so, before someone decided to shows up to take care of her I spoke with Jade which is the owner concerning the way my mother-in-law was treated. Come to find out it was her. She apologize, also and given me some bogus story about since my mother-in-law is old, they feel that she needed to soak her feet for a long time, I told her it would be nice to communicate with your customer to let them no what’s your plans, instead of letting them sit there wondering why no one have come over to treat them. she promise she can do it over free of charge whenever she available. I spent over $60 at her shop. I also confirm with Jade on Friday in person because I’m from out of town to let her know that I will have my sister-in-law to bring her today which is Sunday, March 31, 2019 to have a pedicure because I’m leaving going back home.Her words to me oh sure bring mommy I know her face I remember you too. My mother-in-law shows up today for her pedicure, Jade approach my mother-in-law and sister-in-law very rudely and loud talking my mother-in-law telling her she waited to long to come; but if she want a pedicure she need to pay half. My sister-in-law calls me so that I can speak with JAde concerning the Conversation we had on Friday. She spoke to me so rudely and hung on me, she told my mother n law I will give you $17 back and she need to go some place else to get her toes done. It all took no more than 30min 😳 Ive heard it usually takes over an HR depending what you want. Well I asked for nails with one color. Because of the nail polish flooding they look like they lifting. Hell I was happy they gained new ownership because the nail techs looked happier..\n\nJust the issue now being a man getting pedicure there is a joke schedule an appointment they laugh it out in the background, and you walk in and get treatment and order spa treatment or something more sophisticated than the \"male pedicure\" Option they have in menu I get the pedicure you receive isnt whats on the menu... if your male..\n\nI get most nail salons strictly cater to women , but slightly offended how the non- judgmental environment just shifted dramatically for some patrons..😥 more ... less ...

This was the best nail salon I’ve been to. They are very welcoming and nice! They make sure you feel safe and they treat you like you’ve known each other for years. Definitely recommend coming here.
