Iâve gone here a few times and like that you can book you appointment in advance, get a confirmation of your appointment (with requested services) back from them, and also that itâs clean. Today, will be my last day here. I had a 9:30am waxing appointment, which was confirmed about a week in advance. When a customer comes in for their appointment promptly at 9:30am, they shouldnât have to then wait for the technician to have to heat up the wax firstâ¦..turns out it was not my technician because she was late for work and shows up into the room still on her cellphone talking to someone in a foreign language for several minutes while Iâve been laying there on the table on my Saturday morning. After having explained to the first technician what NOT to wax, and then repeating it to the second technician again, the wax slathered right over what I spent 5 weeks trying to grow outâ¦..After leaving this place in horror, I realized that I left my favorite hat there at the front desk. Not 5 minutes away, I called Eagle Nail and gave them a desperate inquiry about it. I got the bald gentleman on the phone. He was of no help and told me to âcheck your car, check your car.â I just knew I left my hat there. Surely nothing couldâve happened to it that quicklyâ¦..oh well. I was so disappointed but about 9 hours later, my husband had to go to Times Market next door, so he stopped into Eagle Nail to see if he could find out what happened to my hat. Guess what? It was sitting right at the front desk. Good for me but poor customer service. And if you guys are keeping track of all of us in your system- you should know that Iâm an extremely good customer. Bye bye.
