Find best hair and nail salon in Waipahu , HI

When I first moved to Oahu, I tried 4 or 5 different nail salons in the area before I found City Nails. They are wonderful and so well priced! Everyone who works there is so friendly. They dont have tons of people working there, maybe only 6 or 7 who work there regularly, so its easy to get to know the people working on you. They dont all talk in a foreign language to each other either, which I appreciate. Sandy and Bee are my favorites but all the people who work their are great and very very good at what they do! more ... less ...

Online it says closes at 8. I came in at 7 to them closing. I told them online it says it closes at 8 and they all just looked at me like I was speaking jibberish. Such a bummer.

Called ahead of time to make appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait around the salon. Showed up on time and had to wait 30+ minutes to be seen. But the worst part was the pedicure. She ripped up the cuticles and made me bleed. I get pedicures every 3 weeks and decided to try a new place. Now my toe is infected more ... less ...

After done with both hand and toe I decided to try their facial and I glad I did it . You can see how different and skin so smooth after with just $80 very affordable compare to other place .
