I went in thursday May 18th to get my lashes done they looked great, when i left a few fell out by the time i got home i lost at least 10 from the same eye. By Tuesday that same eye was\nVisibly thinner and missing alot more lashes i went in Wednesday they said she was not in and they would fix one more time but it was not their fault that i didnt know how to take care of them (i had been doing exactly what she told me to do that friday) i told him the other lash was fine so it doesnt make sense but okay. I called today Thursday and she said to come in. I went in and said its the same eye and she said it was because it had been two weeks. I told her i could show her the receipt that it was not two weeks ago and she called me a liar and said she wasnt doing anything for me. I asked why she called me a liar when i could show her the receipt and it was not my fault she cant remember her days.\nShe then proceeded to tell me that this is why she doesnt like to serve people who look like me. (Im assuming shes talking about my race, i am white) so i asked her what she meant by that and she has me in the small wax room not letting me leave and started laughing and mocking me. So i pushed passed her and left.\nWhen i got home i sent the receipt they wanted to refund me 30 dollars. Less than half of what i paid. After arguing they finally agreed to refund me half.\nIt took 4 times in the shop, the workers being rude and disrespectful also discriminative for me to get a refund.\nIf youre white like me i would avoid this shop. They do a great job on nails. Just dont like the soccer on tv, seems to be a bit distracting for the men.

Fill in gel $35 is way higher than other places I have been to. I should have asked first about the price but the board said $23. I didnt get any long length or special shape or work done. Its a fill in there was no glue stuck to my fingers like it would be on a new set. The polish doesnt go back to my cuticle like I said to make sure of. I dont want to walk out of the nail salon with my fingers looking like I need a fill in already at the top. First and last time ever using the Cedar Falls Modern Nails. more ... less ...

I went there to get my nails done for prom. For being only $45 it was not worth it whatsoever. My nails were all uneven and crooked? I got a refund which I’m thankful for but the lady ended up clipping my nails and made them worse?! I thought she was going to fix them but\nI guess not. I went back to my regular nail salon which ofcourse is top nail and spa, found out I had acrylic on my SKIN? I found out after my nail artist told me that’s going to happen because of what the person did to my nails. The person who did them was very nice. I appreciate the kindness. I thought my nails were fine at first until I really saw them. Hate to give one star but they could’ve done way better.😅💔 more ... less ...
