This was my first time and Im overall happy with my experience and color! My stylist was Senya and shes a doll and I will be going back to see her when I need my touch up!

Wow! I am impressed. I went to Elevate and found a real gem....Brooke!\nMy hair was a mess, as I tried to color and highlight it myself, it had an orange cast to it. Brooke did three different foils and finished with a Wow! I am impressed. Love that they ask each client to wash their hands when they walk in. It helps keep things sanitary. Environment was clean and well kept. Service was fast, but not rushed in any way. I had a 1:00 appointment and didn’t get waited on until after 2:30. They were waiting on other customers coming in rather than me who had a scheduled appointment. I do not recommend this place. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The workers were more concerned about what was on their phone with when working with my friend. Worker spent about spent little to no time with me. The tools did Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. He used cleaner with heavy chemicals to clean the foot spa while I was still sitting there waiting for my nails to dry. In which some of it got on my skin and burned. Once the worker was finished, they just got up and left without saying another work to me. In addition, I have a toe that is now throbbing and purple. Overall, I’m disgusted and concerned with their lack of care, professionalism and OVERPRICED “services”. more ... less ...

At 340 I had to tell the lady doing my pedicure to skip to the end and just do the polish. I literally didn’t get half of my pedicure but of course still paid full price. They also lost the color I had picked out so I had to chose another one on the fly. I ran out of there in the little nail Sandals because I didn’t have time to let them dry. I don’t understand what the point of making an appointment is if they aren’t going to stick to it. more ... less ...

I had my mani/pedi yesterday. June 11th. My wax pedicure was fantastic. My manicure was terrible. I asked for matte black coffin shaped gel nails. I asked for matte black coffin shaped gel nails. This is the result after already asking the gentleman to fix THREE nails while still at the salon. Eventually I gave up. He just continued to tell me I liked them. They’re uneven, you can see through most of the black, almost all of the sides are missing polish. My right thumb nail has already chipped a corner. He did not cut my nails prior to putting on the fake nails so they already look overgrown and like I’ve had them on for weeks. I would have expected much better for my total coming to $107.00. more ... less ...

Good selection of colors, always moving as fast as they can to get thru walk ins and do a great job. Love the leg massage and hot towel wrapped around calves while they put on color. Its hard to come by business that genuinely care about the customers and this place is one of them (:\n\nEdit 1: I apologize. Your store was closed and when Ive tried to call in the past I dont get an answer. I take back the customer service comment. I was just frustrated because when you pull that money out of my account it gives me an added $50 overdraft fee for my bank. Thank you for refunding. The times I have been in this store have been nothing but pleasant and good service. Please forgive and thank you for responding.\n\nAwful place and customer service. I havent tanned here in a year and they withdrew $52 out of my account today. Trash company. 0 stars if could. more ... less ...
