I have been here twice now and they are on time, quick and my dip manicure lasts forever! I really appreciate that this place actually honors the appointment time that I book. Made the mistake of going somewhere else when they were booked and it took almost 2 hours for a dip manicure & it was definitely not as good! We sat in a pedi chair for some time without water. The woman that was doing mine made very little conversation nor eye contact with me - she kept talking to the other staff and looking outside or anywhere else for most of the time. She was rough doing my toes, was filing more of my skin than the nail, made four of them bleed - very obviously - and still made no apology or even asked if I was ok. I felt like an intrusion the entire time I was there and would not recommend. Am I disgruntled? Probably. But there was no effort to please a customer. more ... less ...

It feels like I have \"new feet\". They spend quality time and dont rush which is important to me. The have a wide variety of colors and make sure you are satisfied.
