This place is horrible! They try to redirect your job interest to jobs they want you to work. They get you through the entire onboarding just to tell you theyll call or email with a opening then you wait a couple days an This place is horrible! Ive reached out to the Boise office to which of course they arent connected but expressed theyve heard all the same complaints about the Nampa office. Ive done this now twice. Its frustrating, unprofessional, and will definitely be a huge advocate to steer people from this company!! more ... less ...

I went to Fancy nails to get a full set done. I had an appointment, but when I got there they were overbooked with people who had just came and walked in. They did two walk-ins before they got to me, which I had an appoi I went to Fancy nails to get a full set done. They did two walk-ins before they got to me, which I had an appointment, and didnt start on me until a half hour after my appointment time. And when I did finally get put into a chair it wasnt with the person I had made an appointment with. It was a person who was also running the front counter and couldnt take their complete time to take care of my nails properly. As I had my nails done I noticed they had a hard time saying no to anyone who walked in. They were already overbooked and were having customers angry who had made appointments, that were now having to wait for a walk-in to get done before the salon could get to them. And when they did do my nails they didnt take any care of them or prep them correctly before putting on the acrylic nails. They didnt push back any of my cuticles, they didnt file them, and they didnt really seem to take care of anything that needed to before putting on the nails. And then when I asked for short nails they still made them too long. I do very much like the color though and the people there are very friendly. I just think they need to learn to say no to walk-ins especially when they are already booked with so many appointments with people who had actually made appointments. It is very frustrating to come in at your time of appointment and have to wait for two people who just walked in off the street to get done. If they make an appointment they need to make sure that that person who made the appointment has the time and thier focus, instead of being distracted with the front counter and five other walk-ins. more ... less ...

I would not recommend to anyone. I barely got in the door and the guy working was completely rude. He asked what do you want; and when I told him I needed a fill in & repair his response was a hateful we don’t have I would not recommend to anyone.
