Very unprofessional staff, and the owners are crooked

Fast, super fast!!! Always do an amazing job!!! I drive from Burley to Twin Falls just to have my nails done there, so that has to tell you something😊I am not one to sit for 1 to 2 hours to get my nails done, I wo Fast, super fast!!! I’m in and out within 35 minutes!!!! That’s amazing and I have time for that oh and they give you a nice glass of wine or a wonderful massage if you have to wait a few minutes. I am very frustrated with who I believe are the owners. I’m new to town, so I figured I would give this salon a chance as my previous mall nail salon was the best.\n\nI went in last night (2/10) to get a pedicure an I am very frustrated with who I believe are the owners. I’m new to town, so I figured I would give this salon a chance as my previous mall nail salon was the best.\n\nI went in last night (2/10) to get a pedicure and acrylic nails with gel polish. By the time everything and the tip I paid 150. The lady who did my pedicure was wonderful. She did an incredible job and my feet look so much better than before.\nI spent a lot of money on my nails for them to be just terrible. The nails were completely separated from my actual nails.\nI went back in this afternoon and the guy then blamed this on me. Saying my nails were to curved or whatever. I have had my nails done this exact same way over the last probably 5 years consistently. This was a fresh set, as I had given my nails some time to breathe. This has NEVER been a problem. NEVER.\nThe owners I believe then refused a refund, when I had no interest in having them fixed by them just based off of the experience I was having in trying to get it refunded. With how the nails were separated they would have fallen off after a few days. I just wanted to go somewhere else to have someone do them properly.\nThey continued to blame this on me, which again, years of getting this done, know it isn’t my fault. So I had the guy just look at them and try to fix them quickly.\nHe then proceeded to pour a bunch of superglue between my nails and the acrylic/gel and then dremel it down.\nI kept telling them I would rather have them just removed and refunded. Now, I have glue all over my fingertips, and the problem still isn’t fixed on a few of the nails.\nSo I wasted a bunch of time and money with this. I cannot recommend this salon less. They blame their error on you and just use glue to fix a problem. Terrible experience. more ... less ...
