My daughter asked for rounded acrylic nails a specific length. Although he cut them the correct length he filed them to the length shown and the look like claws, not round. There is glue and excess acrylic packed under several nails, polish on her fingers, uneven acrylic on several nails and he filed the side of one finger leaving it inflamed. The Language barrier prevented him for correcting the shape and paint errors along the way and being 16, my daughter was not sure how to handle the situation. I spoke with the manager, Tim, he refused to allow her to come back in and get them fixed 15 minutes after leaving. I always go to LaVida where management stands behind their work. I have told her to learn from this and go to a reputable business. For now all she can do is dispute the charge with the bank.
