I just left 5/9/22. I came in for a simple nail fix (2). Not only did i wait an hour, but my tech & the Girl in charge had terrible attitudes.\n-They don’t wash their hands or clean their stations in between custome I just left 5/9/22. Not only did i wait an hour, but my tech & the Girl in charge had terrible attitudes.\n-They don’t wash their hands or clean their stations in between customers\n-my tech( short skinny dark guy) kept hopping up to take a call & fidget w his lighter. Not trying to be funny, he looks methy 😣\n- i had to keep reminding him to do things, (let me wash my hands) (put a top coat on my nails) (shape them, literally)\n-obviously i asked for my TWO nails to be free, given the circumstances.\n-they loved that 😂, they all had a big laugh in their native language & charged me $10 anyways.\n-i don’t consider myself to be a difficult customer in fact I’d rather leave but the Mood color i have is unique & difficult to find so i stayed & endured! 😩\n-the customer service i experienced was soo below acceptable. Ladies & Gents, the one on Doty Road infront of Walmart is soo much better with cleaner workers.\n-Anywho Exhibit A-B more ... less ...

The young lady at the front is good. Takes her time which is a plus for me. Not many workers so it can get busy sometimes.

I sat and waited for an hour and he called people that were before me and me being the person I am I don’t like confrontation and just left. There’s only two people doing nails and the rest are doing feet, I remember when they used to have a lot of people in there working but now they don’t. I’ll spend my money else where more ... less ...
