Kathy is very warm and friendly and does an exceptional job on my nails and feet! Very clean, uses disposable liners and one time use only products!!!

NAILS DID NOT LOOK PROFESSIONALLY DONE! Acrylic was thick, my nails were drilled until my nail bed felt raw, tips were different lengths, some tips were crooked. I had them remove nails the next day since they were horrible and THEY WOULDNT FIX THE NAILS OR GIVE A REFUND! The young girl got aggressive when I was waiting to speak to someone about my refund or other resolution. I had to record to have proof it wasnt me. I spent 70.00 for them to look like a child was playing in polish. I had acrylic/glue all around my fingers. I sat patiently and quiet with my child for her to start yelling and leaning across the counter. I then told her that was unprofessional and that you should never treat customers with such disrespect. It was bad enough the nails looked horrible. IVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE SINCE 1999 AND IVE NEVER HAD TO GET MY NAILS REDONE. If I dont like the polish thats fine, 1crooked nail Ill live, glue on my hands itll be ok but these were the worst Ive ever seen. My mom even said she had never disliked my nails until that set! more ... less ...

I just called to get info and pricing. I’ve never been there before. The older sounding lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked how many beds they have. I did tell her my name and tried explaining it’s a valid question, I am trying to get info and compare. She cut me off and said I don’t have time for this and told me $99/mo and there are different packages. I asked how many stand up beds. She said sorry I am being rude but you should come in to get info. REALLY!? That’s what I am calling in for so I don’t have to possibly make an unnecessary trip. IT’S PART OF YOUR JOB! Why would it matter if I called in for info or came in person? I am still using your time to get info. I will not even get to see this place to give any feedback on other areas because the customer service is horrible. I definitely will not be giving this place my money! more ... less ...

I walked into the salon. The lady said may I help you. I told her I needed a pedicure and manicure. She didn’t reply. About 2 mins later a man walks over and says we’re full. Rude and dry tone. Rude and dry tone. The odd thing is only 2 customers were in the salon and I was the only odd ball. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to find a location near where you are and you’re not a regular customer. I sat here writing a review because the lady who walked in after me was given service. I am a person who loves pedicures, it gives me time alone in my own mind, so this was disappointing. more ... less ...
