The facilities are very good and the amenities provided are what youd expect at a high-end spa or hotel.\n\nSince this is used for therapy, there are two pools that are reserved for therapy, and they are designed to accommodate wheelchairs, too! There is a lap pool (reservations needed), a spacious hot tub with lots of jets (although there was a bunch of suspicious looking foam in the water), and a leisure pool that starts at a depth of a few inches and gradually goes to a depth of about 5.\n\nThere is a family (unisex) bathroom with private showers/changing rooms, as well as gender-specific ones similarly equipped, and the latter two have saunas in them. Someone went through while we were there to check the chemicals in the water. There is also an exercise room but we didnt use it. We spent about 3.5 hours there and enjoyed it a lot!\n\nYou can expect clean towels, a spinning device at the sink to spin-dry your wet garments, mouthwash, body lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and free lockers, among the amenities they provide for the price of admission! Poolside, they have hula-hoops, balls, noodles and other things to exercise and play.\n\nI think its possibly the best place Ive encountered! more ... less ...

Ive had a manicure here (excellent) I think her name was Katie? Then I had 2 pedicures since then. The same girl did my first pedicure. Excellent. The 3rd time I went back, I had a technician who spoke NO english and Ive had a manicure here (excellent) I think her name was Katie? Then I had 2 pedicures since then. The same girl did my first pedicure. Excellent. The 3rd time I went back, I had a technician who spoke NO english and had to have a translator to talk to me. Then all of the tools that she used for my pedicure were rinsed in a sink and someone grabbed them off of a towel for the next customer. Ick. To top it off, when I went to pay and they didnt allow me to tip on my credit card, the guy was totally rude to me about it. Wont go back! more ... less ...

The art of a REGULAR manicure has been lost. No I do not want no chip- which I than have to keep coming in to have redone. I wanted my nails cleaned up and regular polish placed. It does not mean it is ok to place three THICK coats of polish with zero drying time between and than tell me to be careful.\n\nThree hours later and the polish is peeling off and still not fully dry. Waste of money and time. I now have to redo it at home. Will not be back. more ... less ...
