Went in with my friends yesterday, we all got a full set with polish, and only one of us walked out liking our nails. They rushed, and were extremely rude to people coming in and out. Very nice place to get your hair done.\nAll the stylists here are very nice and professional. This was my first visit and I will be returning for future hair care services.\nMy visit here was a pleasant one.

But every now and again I’ll give them another shot and I really shouldn’t.\nLast September I had an appointment at 12. I showed up at 11:45, checked in, and waited. At 12:10, I still had not been started and 2 girls walked in and began joking with the nail techs. They said “you’re late. You should have called” and then immediately sat them down while I had been waiting for 25 minutes. I left.\nToday I stopped in at 11 and asked how long the wait was. The owner said it would be one hour because there was only him and one other person. I said okay I’ll be back in an hour. I came back 55 minutes later. He was doing a different girls nails now and is almost finished. I asked how long and he told me that he can’t today because he needs to leave for court as soon as he is done with her nails.\nThey don’t value your time. Every other time you visit your nails are different prices. They’ve told me one price as they’re doing my nails and then charged me a different amount at the register. I took my mom here for Mother’s Day. I made an appointment weeks before. I felt like the pedicures were very rushed. We were in and out within 30 minutes. My moms pedicurist was very nice and friendly. Meanwhile, mi I took my mom here for Mother’s Day. I made an appointment weeks before. I felt like the pedicures were very rushed. We were in and out within 30 minutes. My moms pedicurist was very nice and friendly. Meanwhile, mine seriously never spoke a word to me, which is fine, but a smile never hurt anyone. My feet aren’t particularly dry but she didn’t even scrub my feet for more than 10 seconds and not with nearly enough pressure to do anything for my dryness. After finishing, she stands up and leaves without a word of how long I’m supposed to wait or anything. To top it off, there was polish surrounding my big toenails. I wish this experience would’ve been better, as it was to celebrate my mom. more ... less ...

Tech was young and terrible. Did not even try to get dry skin off my feet. This is not the way to get a tip. I generally tip very well.
