The shop itself is a nice place to go.itâs some of the workers there that are the problem. I had to speak to P today about one of the workers. Seem as tho she had a chip on her shoulder today. I went there today for a pedicure and she said she would charge me 10 dollars for a massage. Which was fine. So I asked her how much was the pedicure and she quickly got an attitude as if I was suppose to know. So when P came out I asked him and he confirmed that it was 25 dollars. So she proceeded to polish my toes without giving me a massage. So when I asked her twice about it she said something like eh. Instead of saying yes or no. So after the 3rd time of asking and still not getting a yes or no answer. Just a eh. I told her nevermind donât polish my toes and now sheâs looking surprised so I get up out the chair and walks to the front. The cashier there was ready to take my payment. But I told him Iâll pay once I speak to the manager. He LIED and said he wasnât there. Now Iâm getting upset because I just saw and talked to P.\n\nI explained to him what happened and he did apologize. Iâve been going here on and off since P opened up his shop. His workers use to be so friendly but now some act as tho theyâre doing you a favor. Some are so disrespectful. Rude and arrogant. I will continue to go there but will make sure I donât get the same worker as I did today. Thanks again P for the apology. I WILL BE BACK
