Find best hair and nail salon in Elgin , IL

Well can’t leave a bad review since I Called last Tuesday and left a message for someone to call back for an appointment. As of today Sunday no one ever called back. Well they are off my list moving on…

Worst customer service ever! I walked in to get a full set with design, even showed a picture of what I wanted but the only man there called \"Joe\" said he wouldnt do the design and that he would only do plain nails but Worst customer service ever! So after putting on the tips he said he would charge me $5 more for length which I insisted I wanted medium size but he wanted to charge me extra. Then he proceeded to tell me I was being TOO PICKY! I mean Im paying for a service here, it wasnt going to be free! So he said he didnt want to do my nails anymore and to go somewhere else. He was about to rip off the nails! I will NEVER let this man near my nails againg and yes will definitely take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place! more ... less ...

They were great, very attentive and on the mark. I needed my nails to be a neutral color because of a surgery I am having done that will not allow me to return in 6-8 weeks. They made sure to impeccably clean the cuticle They were great, very attentive and on the mark. I love this place!!! Imelda is the only person who know how to cut my hair right and is the only person who’s allowed to cut it

Very focused and professional! Did an amazing job on french tips for my cousins. Its just a cherry on top that the prices are extremely affordable.

Terrible service. I received a pedicure and a manicure, from two different people. The guy that done my pedicure was really rough. My big toe is extremely sore. I had to keep telling to reshape, cut this a bit more etc etc…I originally wanted red no chip polish became fed up an just kept them without polish an left.
