I went in for a manicure and pedi today and walked out after getting another attitude from these ladies. And when I turned her down she had an attitude with me about it. She began to do my nails and when I told her she was hurting me, she turned to her coworker and said something in her language. Idk but Im done. I dont appreciate being pressured into getting fake nails or any service. They are the reason why my real nails are thin and brital. Then she finished with her swept over my daughter’s nails and messed up her toe nails. That older lady is rude and disrespectful. The other younger girl was rushing with me and had the owner finish with me. She also was horrible. My nails didn’t last one week. I will never in my entire life go to this shop. I also reached out as my family and friends attended your shop and I know the lady who messed my nails up does not work for you therefore attempting to give you guys another chance because you, Lorena actually do a good job with nails and the quality. My nail tech, Maria, barely seemed to recognize that I was there, let alone her client--she was too busy chatting with all of her colleagues, packing up her stuff, and talking to her neice that we was babysitting.
