The location is convenient, the space is clean and peaceful, making an appointment online is easy, and Ive never had to wait. Truc has been very accommodating when Ive had scheduling issues. We independently verified this appointment on THREE separate occasions as I have had similar experiences in the past. I have been a customer for over 15 years and it is evident that they do not care about their customers since they are willing to do this to me 2 days before my wedding. All three times I’ve been here last, I’ve waited over an hour for my nail appointment after I’ve checked in, and yet they’ve took other people before me coming right on time for the same time booked as me, yet I come in 15 or so minutes earlier. It makes me upset that I’ve come here to schedule a nail appointment that they recommend is a good time for me to come in. Their poor scheduling is not doing it for me.
