First time going here, very small salon with friendly staff. I got a pedicure($35) done, it was OK for the price; don’t expect the works. Not too sure if equipment is properly sanitized; saw nothing being opened from new bags, everything pulled from drawers, including reused pumice stone. They have a very small polish selection, bottles looked old and gross. Lastly, two days after my pedicure the polish faded on my toes to a very burnt ugly color, no top coat was used. Went there today for a friends birthday… and I am upset. I’m sorry but I won’t be going there again.These nails were about 60 dollars overall, I would expect them to be 45 dollars max. I’m sorry but I won’t be going there again.These nails were about 60 dollars overall, I would expect them to be 45 dollars max. I just got a acrylic full set (35+ It says online). They are simple, short nails with No designs. Also most of the acrylic nails are too lifted. It was just two glitter coats after the acrylic powder. The nails are a little far from the cuticle (in my opinion) , making them look grown out (can’t really see in the photos). And my the nails are a little lifted. Also, my friend got nails with designs and they were 65 dollars overall (moon picture below). So upset because I’m pretty sure I got ripped off. Overall, disappointed with the price for the simple acrylic set. Would get a refund if possible. Could have done them myself and I will have to fix them myself at home…didn’t ask because I did not want to pay more. Next time, I will go to a different nail salon and use a Groupon to get them cheaper. You could get quality nails, decent service for a good price on Groupon. Also my other friend was getting hers done and the lady was so rude and rough to her. more ... less ...

I feel like it’s because I’m black. This lady who works here was very rude saying I was complaining but i wasn’t complaining. I was telling them how I wanted my nails. I was telling them how I wanted my nails. Than me and one of my friends was laughing and she told my friend “Stop laughing or I mess up you nail.” So my friend stopped laughing . Than when the lady took me I was asking her to fix certain things and she was being rude about it like she didn’t want to fix it. When I payed she snatched my money. I said “can you please not snatch ? It’s rude. “ and she told me “Don’t come back and don’t go making another review because I know you made one before” , and I did make a review before because a man tried cut off my nail before. more ... less ...

Customer service is amazing, the workers are very welcoming, they are doing all the necessary precautions for covid, felt comfortable. And the workers are very nice. Very happy😊
