I have never in my life left a google review but I feel compelled. I went in for a fill because my usual nail place was all booked up and it was my only day off so I needed them done that day. My fill cost MORE than their price sign said an entire new set would cost. My nail tech negatively criticized my current acrylics on things I hadn’t noticed. I was like “oh, are you able to fix that?” to which she responded she would but it would take her much longer with me. It was as if she was annoyed or something. Then the nails she gave me are much more uneven then when I walked in and I paid MORE than I did when I initially got them done. She was consistently stopping to answer the phone or help someone else that walked in, which I understand, but then critiquing my current nails. I was uncomfortable and feeling awkward at this point so my hands were stiff. She complained about that and told me that if I came in again, she would “kick me out” for having stiff hands. It may have been said in jest, but with me already being stressed and uncomfortable from her aforementioned comments and behaviors, it just made me further awkward and stiff. Like what is my reaction supposed to be to that? I also accidentally hit the light box thing and messed up the polish on one nail ONCE and she became visibly upset about it. Like I’m sorry, I honestly didn’t mean to shift when you were on the phone with someone else. I also asked if she would apply another coat of polish because I noticed it was looking bad, but she literally said no. Anyway, I didn’t make a scene about it because I was having some social anxiety but the polish is not applied well, the shape of my nails are bad, I feel that my treatment as a human was not great, and I paid MORE than when I got them done initially for only a fill (and I only chose like a regular color). I decided to stop in to get my gel nail polish removed and to get a regular manicure. The lady who did my nails was extremely rough with my nails I feel like the integrity of my nails are damaged with the drill bit that I decided to stop in to get my gel nail polish removed and to get a regular manicure. She did the messiest paintjob and at one point I called somebody else over to fix them. I was told by another employee that she had to finish them and I kept repeating myself that I would like another employee to repaint them since she did such a horrible job. I felt like she didnt care about the service she was giving. I had leftover gel on my nail and let her know and she grabbed my hand and started removing them once again. It was blatantly obvious that there was still leftover gel. I just dont understand how unprofessional a nail salon can be. Im in the Navy and I told her that because they supposedly give discounts and she was muttering that its the same price. I am extremely disappointed with my manicure and the service that they provided I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Worst $25 Ive ever spent. more ... less ...

I visited this salon on April 29, 2022 for the first time based on the good reviews. Immediately a girl named Eva evaluated my hair and explained the process to follow to achieve the look that I wanted. Everything seemed to be very professional so I made an appointment for May 16 with Joselyn, she was supposedly the only available. The following week they called me and they canceled my appointment because the girl was no longer working there, which is understandable, so I scheduled another appointment for May 17 at 8:00 am. I work 2nd shift and I get off at 2:00am but that day I woke up early to be on time for my appointment when I got there the girl who was gonna styling my hair she did not know what I wanted and she was going to do something totally different from what they had explained to me so she told me if I want to get the look that I want I have to wait for another week to be with another girl that can do highlights because she was level 2 and she can’t do it. Even the prices were gonna be different so I decided to cancel it because there is no communication between them. I hope the manager or the owner of this salon can see this post because they cannot play with the customer time. This salon isn’t cheap but I was looking quality I thought it was going to be a good salon which is hard to find around here. What a waste of time! Its been almost a month and I havent been able to get my hair done. So disappointed. more ... less ...

I absolutely love Morgan shes amazing. She is always willing to design whatever idea/ picture you bring. But beyond that her personality and professionalism is exactly what you want.
