Proceed to call Saturday to make an appointment for mani, the front desk guy somehow got the phones mixed and told me 2:30pm. I showed up at 2:30pm for my appointment. Upon arrival I was told there was no appointment that it was “miscommunication.” He did not apologize for the misunderstanding or anything he just sat there confused. They also got to make their own lip gloss and lotion.\n\nWe got the chocolate fondue option that was a hit. The offered pizza, Shirley temples and cute mini bundt cakes. The staff played musical chairs and did some line dances after the girls showed off their new look. Great fun was had by all the girls. I got a pedicure last week and it was amazing but there was a long wait despite having an appointment. I thought well they just opened maybe things will be better next time. Then told if you book online they can’t Guarantee you will be attended at the scheduled time you made the appointment. Then don’t make online appointment available and stop wasting peoples time. I never write bad reviews but this was the worst nail experience I ever had. I came in to get a new set of dip nails with an extension. I came in to get a new set of dip nails with an extension. The lady doing my nails cut my nails down so short and kept on filing away after I told her the length that I wanted that I walked out with fake nails shorter than the natural nails I walked in with. My fingers feel raw from all the filing that was done to them, in fact I was cut and bled while she was filing my nails and my nail beds were filed into. My biggest concern with that is that they did not use fresh/sanitized tools, they were just passing cuticle clippers, nail clippers, and files from station to station. The pain I am currently going through is not even worth it because the job was sloppy and my nails are thick and uneven so they dont even look good. Hopefully I wont get an infection though I will never be coming back again. more ... less ...

I have had problems from pigmentation to acne and dark spots, and Cara Mia MEDSPA really helped a lot. They’re skincare products are also wonderful and so gentle yet strong on the skin. I love how my skin is back to normal and glowy. Definitely recommend it. Also a very caring and knowledgeable staff. Love their work. The owner Rita Beygel and her staff are warm, friendly, and professional. They are wonderful at what they do and I can say that for most of the ladies in the shop as I have had a beauty service with almost all of them. The manicure and pedicure lasts for a long time and the no-chip manicure lasts three weeks without chipping. There is a great selection of nail polish colors. The spray tan is natural looking and lash extensions look great for everyday wear without the need for mascara. The ambiance and decor is bright, cheerful, warm, and comfortable. The location is perfect as I can have lunch at Abigails next door and shop for designer kids clothes at Principessa.
