Its a nice spot for a pedicure but manicure unless is done by the owner its not good other technicians dont know anything other than boring old lady manicure. Came for a dip in with my acrylics on to soak off. My acrylics were not taken off completely, dip powder was put on top and 2 hours and $65 later I got basic pink with some sparkle as the technician didnt know how to do ombre. Xanadu is the best!!! I have been coming here for years & so have my friends & family! They are clean, have shields for their nail tables & practice social distancing & wear masks! After getting my nailed files down, my cuticles pushed back, and washing my hands, I sat there for half an hour waiting for the rest of my manicure to be done. My manicurist worked on someone else.\n3. Wanted to have square shaped nailed. Manicurist rounded it out.\n4. My French tip was sloppily done and rushed.\n5. Upon my mother trying to leave because were on a time crunch, they held my moms hand down to dry in the no chip dryer. more ... less ...
