Tayler is AMAZING!!! I get a cut and highlights and it always looks so gorgeous every time I get it done. With my other hair stylists it takes about 4-6 hours cause of the length and thickness of my hair but I’m out Tayler is AMAZING!!! Very unclean. Plastic tips on floor around my chair. Dirty, towel on table used over and over . Drying station is circular and in the corner and no distance from other clients. Was standing outside smoking as I came in. Sorry but I’m 70 and remember the days when these type of mail shops didn’t exist. I used to go to Julia’s on the 9th floor in Water Tower in 1981 all European in white clean jackets, no smell of food or dishes in the bathroom, no loud TV or music. No drills to ruin your nails. Today was my first time at this salon and was happy that they had time for my manicure and pedicure! I am very happy with their services and glad to have found them. I am normally someone who does not write reviews since I understand that both businesses and their workers will have off days. However, I am beyond flabbergasted at the service (or lack thereof) that I received today. However, I am beyond flabbergasted at the service (or lack thereof) that I received today. I had made an appointment today for 4 pm and had to walk out since I had waited over 40 minutes and it was clear that I wouldve had to wait an hour to an hour and a half max and possibly even longer. I have gone to Luv nails many times before and they have done an amazing job but this is simply disappointing, sad, and a horrible way to run a business. If it was busy and I have no appointment I would have totally understood but that was simply not the case. If you dont know whether you will be busy during that time when someone makes an appointment, simply say that. Dont make your paying customers waste their time when easier options and solutions are available. All I can say is that I am nothing but disappointed. more ... less ...

One the most extensive and relaxing leg and foot massage I have had in a while and the addition of the hot stones was delightful. Such a reasonable price for it all. Pedicure is a must!
