She is such a rude person. I wish I could give 0 star. I have never encountered such behavior ever. Also, I asked her to change the tools and she got so mad. So far, its only been 2 days, but the way he cut it, Is so easy for me to replicate. Did I mention the color...he toned it down for fall with just the right amount of highlights. I went here for a Deep Tissue massage, as a friend recommended it. Maria was my technician, and she was AMAZING!! She found and helped both a shoulder pain and extreme leg stress. I called and scheduled an appointment for 5:15. About 20 minutes into my appointment another lady walks in without calling beforehand and asks if they have any spots. They then proceed to stop working on my nails halfway I called and scheduled an appointment for 5:15. Called for an appointment to remove my no chip polish arrived at my exact appointment time. Noticed all 3 staff were still working on pedicures. Waited 15minutes and left place was HOT.
