After spending $62 dollars for service on gel polish just to get home a day not even 8 hours later polish came off returned to store and they refused to fix it because i left comment on tip that said FIX YOUR ATTITUDE. I was fanned away and yelled to take my services elsewhere. Why would i tip someone who had an attitude doing service and ten told em tht she wasn’t doing my nails due to me complaining so much on HOW I WANTED THE service that i was paying for! Think that pretty dam racist ! I will never return. If you like yur stuff done a particular way DONT COME HERE!!!! I would give them 0 stars if possible ! more ... less ...

They don’t clean their supplies. I asked the nail technician to be please be gently when she does my cuticles because two of my fingers have been damaged by eczema. I also told her that have had several techs cut me They don’t clean their supplies. I also told her that have had several techs cut me to where I bleed. She starts on my cuticles and she is so rough and what happens she cuts me to the point where I’m bleeding. I told her before she was being to rough and that my hands are sensitive. She ignores me and continues to the next finger. I tell her to please stop and I will pay for my service that had been done. I’m just so sick and tired of these techs rushing and not listening to the customers needs. At this point I don’t what to ever have my nail done again! I work in a pharmacy where I am exposed to a lot of germ and I don’t like having open wounds when I have to go to work. The part that gets me is that she didn’t even care that she hurt me. I tried this nail salon for the first time today and I was extremely satisfied with my service and the lady who worked on my nails was so professional and she had amazing customer service. She made me feel comfortable and welcome and I will definitely be going back. Since I relocated to the fairview heights/OFallon Illinois area almost 2 years ago, Ive had really negative experience with the few nail salon Ive tried to become a regular customer at. Anyway I can tell by this initial visit that this Salon will not be the same experience for me. She was also very patient with me and the fact that I couldnt make my mind up on the color I wanted. The overall final result was Im very satisfied with the way my nails turned out and i had a respectful nail technician. Im glad I found this place and I will be returning. more ... less ...
