Terrible customer service! They lied and tried to charge my daughter for a $5 (no chip) removal in which she had a regular polish previously. The woman argued with me telling me she did have a no-chip. I kept telling her Terrible customer service! I kept telling her she only had regular polish. Finally a man stepped in and said just forget it and drop the $5 removal fee. I will not be returning to this place ever. How can you argue with a customer about something like this. You have been warned!! Owner responds and is still telling a lie! You really need to practice professionalism. You never mentioned anything about a fixed nail. I would have paid $3 for that, no problem. She had regular polish. Your nail tech could took it off with polish remover. Instead you will not admit it. You tried to charge an extra $5 for a No chip removal in which she never had. more ... less ...

I’m giving two stars due to a few reasons including the product and the atmosphere of the salon. I honestly think the primer that was used on my acrylics was not meant for nails because not only did the product make I’m giving two stars due to a few reasons including the product and the atmosphere of the salon. I honestly think the primer that was used on my acrylics was not meant for nails because not only did the product make my natural nails were so raw to the point of no growth for 3 months, but also the product had no labeling so I find it hard to believe it was an actual nail product. I always used to get acrylics and they have never been this damaging until I came here. I’m addition, the atmosphere is very erie that it made me feel uncomfortable. I pray they can uplift the atmosphere to make their clients feel welcomed and at peace.\n\nOn the contrary I do want to share that technician Ana is nice and extremely talented at what she does. Her work is one of the best because she made my acrylic nails look very natural. I got my nails 3-4 times there. Unfortunately I will not be returning for acrylics due to the damage of what I believe was the primer product. more ... less ...

They were awesome! Ben fixed the horrible nails I has gotten done someplace else and I couldnt be happier! Teresa did my pedicure and she did the a wonderful job. I think I have finally found my favorite nail salon.

Maria shaped them, trimmed my cuticles, evened out the acrylic & made them into a beautiful set. I can’t wait to go back & get gel nails, which look so much more natural than acrylic & don’t turn yellow over time. more ... less ...

Anytime I’ve ever had anything similar they ask so they know whether or not to use specific products.\n\nThe lash perm on my left eye looks fine but on my right eye there is a noticeable crimp at the end of my lashes. And my lashes look almost exactly the same as before.\n\nOverall I just feel like I really wasted $150 on nothing. more ... less ...
