I stopped going to Illinois Nails because I waited 2 hours about 3 weeks ago, I was done with my pedicure and Eric took 2 women, when he was supposed to take me. I was told 10 min by Cindy, then that turned into 40 min, Then Helen told me 10 min, that turned into another 40 min. So I got up and told Helen I was leaving. She said something to Eric in their language and she told me 10 min, I told her no Im leaving. She kept saying so sorry to me. Then yesterday I was ignored when I signed in. Then a women came in and she was greeted by Helen, and she said her daughter was coming as well and Helen said ok. She sent her to wash her hands and I was still waiting, and she still didnt say anything to me. I had an appointment for 1pm with Tony and still waited for 30 min. At 1:30 he proceeded to do the other womens nails, so I crossed my name off the sign in sheet and left. I will not be going back. Helen is RUDE!!!!! She doesnt know how to run a business and also lacks in personal skills!!!! I will miss Cindy, she is the Best. They are also over priced!!!! My daughter referred me to a much better nail salon. So much better than Illinois Nails!!!! They are nice, and better selection for polish, and the price is much better too!!!! more ... less ...

Literally on Facebook, calls, and texts, would stop in the middle of filing, and doing my nails to scroll on her phone. These women work so hard everyday and they all care about you and make sure every service is done to perfection. Kim is one of the most hard working women I’ve ever met, and she makes me so warm hearted to see no matter what she will take care of her customers. Everyone here is amazing and almost everyone I have gotten service from and I’ve never been disappointed. These women are a gift to have and I appreciate all they do for all the customers!
